The band of four teenagers from Hershey\, Pennsylvania quickly achieved widespread acclaim and radio & MTV airplay\, with top 10 Modern Rock/College Radio hits like Between Something and Nothing and Drifting\, Falling. They followed their debut release with the subtle and atmospheric Cerulean\, which included perhaps their most beloved song\, Ballerina Out of Control\, and followed that with their highest charting pop album Beneath the Rhythm and Sound and the single Sublime\, featuring a video of the band in the sublime landscape of Iceland. The band’s fourth record for Mercury/PolyGram\, See The Ocean Blue\, was a departure to a more guitar rock sound of the 60s and 70s\, but with the band’s 80s DNA peeking through. After a busy decade of recording and touring\, the band left the majors in the late 90s. Several independent releases and related touring followed in the 2000s\, including 2000’s Davy Jones Locker and 2004’s Waterworks EP\, and some wider international touring. In 2013\, after much anticipation\, the band released their first full length record in over 10 years\, Ultramarine\, on Korda Records\, a Minneapolis-based label cooperative label the band helped launch that same year. The record was a welcome return for fans of the band and a younger generation of fans\, and garnered widespread praise as one of their very best albums. In 2015\, the band worked with Sire and Rhino Records to reissue their first 3 Sire albums on vinyl. The band marked the occasion by performing the first 2 albums in their entirety at limited concerts throughout the U.S. In 2016\, the band did a full South American Tour where some of their most passionate fans reside. \nThe band has now returned with their signature dream pop sound on the beautifully powerful Kings and Queens / Knaves and Thieves. Out now on Korda Records. See the band on tour in 2019-2021. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSupport: \nSweet Bronco\nWebsite: https://sweetbronco.bandcamp.com\nTumblr: https://sweetbronco.tumblr.com\nFacebook: https://facebook.com/sweetbronco\nInstagram: https://instagram.com/sweetbronco\nTwitter: https://twitter.com/sweetbronco \n  \n

SUMMARY:Eyehategod: A History of Nomadic Behavior Tour + Ether Coven + Seven Serpents - West Palm Beach - 10/24/21
DESCRIPTION:Heroes Live Entertainment presents EYEHATEGOD with Ether Coven and Seven Serpents @ Respectable Street in West Palm Beach. \n\nTickets: https://eyehategod2021.eventbrite.com\n\nNew Orleans’ EYEHATEGOD is the snarling\, bilious sound of dead-end America. Since 1988\, they’ve been a soundtrack for the troubled masses. Ugly music for ugly times. That’s the sense of disenchantment and disease that lies at the heart of their latest and sixth full-length album\, A History of Nomadic Behavior. Anyone familiar with EHG’s story knows this is survivor’s music\, a sound unto itself where Sabbathian riffs are meted out with caustic anger that goes beyond punk. That’s been the blueprint since guitarist Jimmy Bower (also of NOLA supergroup\, Down) founded the band in 1988 with vocalist Michael IX Williams joining not long after. With a discography including sludge-punk mainstays like In the Name of Suffering (1990)\, Take as Needed for Pain (1993) Dopesick (1996)\, or 2014’s eponymously-titled LP\, released in the US through Housecore Records\, EHG laid the cracked foundation for their infamous and influential sound. A History of Nomadic Behavior finds the band\, now slimmed to a four-piece rounded out by bassist Gary Mader and drummer Aaron Hill\, leaner and meaner than ever; road-hardened by recent tours with Black Label Society\, Corrosion of Conformity and Napalm Death in the US\, and abroad. From the bitter pill of opener “Built Beneath the Lies” to the hypnotic haze of closer “Every Thing\, Every Day” it’s clear that EYEHATEGOD hasn’t slowed or mellowed with time. In fact\, it’s quite the opposite. This is disorienting\, uneasy listening. Music that still very much hurts. \n“The quintessential Southern sludge band” – PITCHFORK \n“This [is] a band built on a narrative about doing the opposite of what it thought people wanted: playing slow and messy music in a fast and virtuosic time\, the 1980s speed-metal moment.” – NY TIMES \n“…True musical pioneers in every sense of the word.” – THRASHER MAGAZINE \nROLLING STONE: \nTake As Needed For The Pain – #92 on the “Greatest Metal Albums of All Time” list \nOne of “America’s great live bands” \nEYEHATEGOD\nWebsite: http://eyehategod.ee/\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/OfficialEyeHateGod/\nInstagram: http://instagram.com/EyehategodNola\nTwitter: http://twitter.com/EyehategodNola \nSupport: \nEther Coven\nWebsite: https://ethercoven.bigcartel.com\nFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/EtherCoven\nInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/ethercoven/\nBandcamp: https://ethercoven.bandcamp.com \n\n\nSeven Serpents\nWebsite: https://linktr.ee/Sevenserpents\nFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/sevenserpents666\nInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/sevenserpents/\nBandcamp: https://sevenserpents.bandcamp.com \n

SUMMARY:Nitzer Ebb - West Palm Beach - 11/19/21
DESCRIPTION:Heroes Live Entertainment presents Nitzer Ebb with special guests Alpha Quadrant and DJ Paul Klov @ Respectable Street in West Palm Beach.\n\n\nTickets: https://nitzerebb.eventbrite.com\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin in the chant! The British pioneers of EBM return to South Florida! \nBritain’s Nitzer Ebb are one of the most influential acts associated with the EBM (electronic body music) scene\, as well as alternative dance in general. Since the early ’80s\, the group\, led by enthusiastic frontman Douglas McCarthy\, have produced an aggressive\, visceral brand of electronic music influenced by German industrial and new wave groups like Die Krupps and D.A.F. The group remains best known for the classic “Join in the Chant\,” a single taken from 1987’s That Total Age that became a staple of dance clubs from Ibiza to Detroit. Subsequent albums such as 1991’s Ebbhead displayed more of an interest in pop songcraft\, and found some success on alternative radio. Nitzer Ebb broke up following 1995’s Big Hit\, which featured a greater presence of non-electronic instruments\, but they reunited over a decade later\, as their influence on newer generations of industrial and hard-edged techno artists continued to grow. After Industrial Complex appeared in 2010\, Nitzer Ebb went on hiatus again\, but they re-formed with all of their founding members in 2018 for a tour and retrospective box set. \nFormed in Chelmsford\, Essex\, in 1982 by vocalist Douglas McCarthy\, drummer Bon Harris\, and keyboard player David Gooday\, the group began experimenting with synthesizers and drum pads\, fusing the bandmembers’ affinity for dark goth and punk rock with the emerging technology. A demo cassette titled Basic Pain Procedure appeared in 1983. After several popular shows around London during 1984\, PWL producer Phil Harding began working with Nitzer Ebb and recorded their first single\, “Isn’t It Funny How Your Body Works\,” which appeared on the band’s Power of Voice Communications label in 1985. Three more singles followed during 1985-1986 before Nitzer Ebb signed to Mute in late 1986; the first Mute recordings were the singles “Murderous” and “Let Your Body Learn” in early 1987\, just before the release of their debut album\, That Total Age. After the single “Join in the Chant” was remixed by producer Flood (Nick Cave\, Erasure)\, it became one of the crucial tracks in the growing alternative/Balearic dance scene\, played out alongside Chicago house\, Detroit techno\, and Northern soul. \nAfter the release of That Total Age\, Nitzer Ebb toured Europe with Depeche Mode\, and the latter band’s pop sensibilities appeared to inspire them. By the time of their second album\, Belief\, Gooday had disappeared (to be replaced by Julian Beeston) and Flood had taken over the producer’s role from Harding\, nudging Nitzer Ebb closer to the dancefloor and shearing away the militaristic bent of much of their earlier recordings. Singles like “Hearts and Minds\,” “Shame\,” and “Lightning Man” were loaded with the cold aggression of earlier recordings\, working well on dancefloors as well as college radio stations; the 1990 single “Fun to Be Had” even reached number two on the dance charts. The following year’s Ebbhead further consolidated their position with alternative audiences\, with at least two well-known singles\, “I Give to You” and “Godhead.” \nNitzer Ebb virtually disappeared from active music-making for the next four years\, finally reappearing in 1995 with their fifth (and least industrial-sounding) album\, Big Hit. The group became inactive\, but McCarthy became a regular collaborator with Alan Wilder’s Recoil project\, and formed the duo Fixmer/McCarthy with techno producer Terence Fixmer. The compilation Body of Work 1984-1997 appeared in 2006 and was immediately followed by set of new remixes titled Body Rework. After a reunion tour to support the releases proved successful\, the group began working on new material. In January of 2010 they released Industrial Complex\, their first studio album in 15 years and their first for the Alpha Matrix label. Nitzer Ebb then toured with Die Krupps\, issuing the joint EP Join in the Rhythm of Machines in 2011. The following year\, Basic Pain Procedure was reissued by Pylon Records. \nBox Set [1982-2010] was released in 2018\, containing double-LP reissues of Nitzer Ebb’s five albums for Mute\, as well as empty slots for their other two full-lengths\, which remained in print. Additionally\, the band’s original lineup began performing for the first time since 1987. \n\n\n\n\n\n–\n\n\nNitzer Ebb\nWebsite: http://nitzer-ebb-produkt.com\nFacebook: https://facebook.com/NitzerEbbProduktTour\nInstagram: https://instagram.com/nitzer_ebb_produkt\nTwitter: https://twitter.com/N_E_Produkt\n\n\n  \nSupport: \nAlpha Quadrant \n\n\n\nSynth-wave-pop-tech-core-step duo with a penchant for 80s/early 90s aesthetique\, shiny outfits\, Sci-Fi\, and other nerdly/life things. \nWebsite: https://alphaquadrantofficial.bandcamp.com\nFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/alphaquadrantofficial\nInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/alphaqdrnt\nTwitter: https://twitter.com/ALPHAQDRNT \nand DJ Paul Klov (Bohemia AG) will be spinning industrial and EBM to get you on the dancefloor.

SUMMARY:Modern English: After The Snow Tour **NEW DATE** - West Palm Beach - 3/12/22
DESCRIPTION:Heroes Live Entertainment presents Modern English: After The Snow Tour @ Respectable Street in West Palm Beach. Special guests: Entertainment. NEW DATE: Saturday\, March 12th\, 2022. Tickets for the original date will be honored.\n\n\nTickets: https://modernenglish.eventbrite.com\n\n\n\n\nLegendary British band Modern English kick off their 2022 North American headline tour Saturday\, March 12 at Respectable St. in West Palm Beach\, Florida. Modern English will perform its classic 1982 album\, After the Snow\, in its entirety—along with classics from its extensive catalog. \nFrontman Robbie Grey had the following to share about the upcoming 2022 North American run: “When we finally play the whole of ‘After the Snow’ album for the first time on tour\, emotions will run high. Expect a lot of pent up energy and excitement. It’s been a long time coming and will be worth the wait.” \n\n\n\n\n\n\nModern English\nWebsite: http://modernenglish.me/\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/m0dernenglish\nTwitter: http://twitter.com/m0dernenglish\nInstagram: http://instagram.com/m0dernenglish \n\n\nSimply put\, “I Melt With You” by Modern English is one of the most iconic songs of the New Wave era. It garnered heavy rotation on the then-thriving Modern Rock radio format\, MTV and dance clubs across the globe\, and was prominently featured in the classic 1983 film Valley Girl\, starring a young Nicolas Cage. \nOn 1982’s After the Snow\, the band’s sound evolved from the dark\, moody and challenging post-punk found on its debut\, Mesh & Lace\, to a more commercial and radio friendly mix of synthesizers\, guitars\, catchy drumbeats and singer Robbie Grey’s unmistakable vocals. As the title suggests\, the icy sound featured on Mesh & Lace melted away on After the Snow to reveal more concise and potent songs\, highlighted by “I Melt With You” which brought the band up from the underground to the mainstream. It’s a song so popular that the band was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2020 BMI Awards for six million plays on radio. After the Snow was produced by the acclaimed Hugh Jones whose production credits include albums by Echo and the Bunnymen\, Simple Minds\, The Damned and many more\, and the LP was released on the legendary 4AD Records in the UK and licensed to Sire Records in the U.S. \nFormed in Colchester\, England\, the band self-released its first single on its own Limp Records label prior to signing to 4AD\, home to such like-minded acts as Bauhaus\, Cocteau Twins and Dead Can Dance. Laying the foundation for future musical movements such as goth and industrial\, Modern English would gain the attention of renowned BBC DJ John Peel\, who featured the band twice on his program. \nModern English would record various records over the years\, and most recently\, the band released its latest album\, 2017’s Take Me To The Trees\, an album that reconnected the band to their youth\, in the fervent and fecund world of late 1970s/early 1980s post-punk Britain. Given Modern English’s roots were post-punk icons Wire and Joy Division – dark and austere while still melodic and passionate – Take Me To The Trees is a return to the sound and vision of their very early work that even James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem has described as “a sneaky secret that everyone writes off\, because they just think it’s going to be a ‘I Melt With You’ but it sounds way scarier than any Joy Division record [Mesh & Lace].” \n\n\n\n\n\nSupport: \nEntertainment \nEmerging from the new crop of US underground acts updating the American Deathrock + UK Post Punk aesthetic. Entertainment is raw and bleak. Channeling the best parts of early 80s goth from a thousand years away. \nWebsite: https://linktr.ee/entertainmentofficial\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/EntertainmentBandOfficial\nInstagram: https://instagram.com/entertainmnet.band.forever\nBandcamp: https://entertainment.bandcamp.com

In more recent years of Montreal’s style changed to a mixture of electronica\, funk\, glam\, and afrobeat music influenced by Prince and David Bowie. \n\n\n\n–\n\n\nof Montreal\nWebsite: http://ofmontreal.net\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/ofmontreal\nInstagram: http://instagram.com/of_montreal\nTwitter: http://twitter.com/xxofMontrealxx\n\n\n  \nSupport: \n\n\nLocate S\,1\nWebsite: https://locates1.com\nFacebook: https://facebook.com/christina.schneider.locates1\nInstagram: https://instagram.com/locate_s1 \nAfter a particularly rough solo performance in 2018 when one of her own friends talked loudly throughout her set\, Christina Schneider exited the venue and told herself\, “If they’re not even going to listen\, then I’m fucking done.” It wasn’t quite the feeling she’d hoped for after dedicating her life to creating subversive\, genre-fluid pop music. SUMMARY:Front 242 **FREE SHOW** Respectable Street 35th Anniversary Block Party - West Palm Beach - 9/17/22
DESCRIPTION:Respectable Street + Heroes Live Entertainment present Front 242 Exclusive Florida Show headlining on Saturday\, September 17\, 2022 @ Respectable Street 35th Anniversary Block Party at 500 Block of Clematis St in West Palm Beach. \n\nTickets: https://front242.eventbrite.com\n\nFront 242’s history starts in 1981 when Daniel B. lays out his ideas on the first single: « Body to Body ». Patrick Codenys (keyboards) and Jean-Luc De Meyer (vocals) join the band for the first album « Geography » in (1982)\, followed by Richard 23 (vocalist/stage performer) in 1983. \nWhile developing their own independent recording and graphic units\, along with a unique presentation on stage\, the band progressively reaches a larger audience in Europe\, touring and releasing records of its brand new genre they soon label « Electronic Body Music (aka EBM) ».  EBM is a collage and synthesis of music and sounds\, recycled from the media or TV\, often reflecting or enriched by other artistic disciplines. In 1984\, Front 242 signed on the label Wax Trax from Chicago. The EP « Take One » (1984) is their first U.S. release\, their success there will be massive. \nGaining experience in large European festivals and U.S. shows from 1985\, the band establishes itself as a very powerful live group\, and EBM spreads across Europe. The albums « No Comment » (1985)\, « Official Version » (1987)\, and « Front By Front » (1988\, including HeadHunter and Welcome to Paradise) seal Front 242’s international breakthrough and their status as an innovative and pioneering band. \nFront 242’s vision continues to evolve toward fuller maturity after the acclaimed album « Tyranny For You » (1991). The two next albums\, « 06:21:03:11 Up Evil » and « 05:22:09:12 Off » (1993) breakthrough the classical Front formula to bring in new vocalists\, live guitars\, and drums\, along with a new producer\, Andy Wallace (Nirvana\, Sonic Youth). This begins by redistributing roles and rules within the group while retaining the scope of invention and the radical attitude that goes along with Front 242’s music. \nDuring a four year hiatus (1993-1997)\, the band releases the albums « Live Code »\, recorded during their last world tour\, and « Mut@ge – Mix@ge »\, a compilation album where The Prodigy\, The Orb\, Underworld\, Rico Conning\, and others propose innovative mixes of Front 242 tracks. \nThe four original members of the band reunited in 1997 and\, with German drummer Tim Kroker\, start performing live again. Several live albums follow\, capturing the energy and reflecting the numerous changes brought in by the versions being performed on stage. \nAfter a long studio absence\, the EP « Still & Raw » and the Album « Pulse » come out in 2003. These records are based on aesthetics of the 70’s and ’80s. Here\, Front 242 re-creates the original sound that was at the center of its art\, enriched by 20 years of experience: analog technologies and vintage machines pulsing into deconstructed tracks where emotion and research are still conveyed by a purely electronic attitude. \nHaving re-released their back catalog in newer\, enriched versions\, and breaking from the idea that every live campaign must necessarily be preceded by a new album\, Front 242 currently continues playing throughout the world with the same level of intensity\, with the same success as ever\, followed and cheered by crowds of loyal fans celebrating the band’s uniqueness and renowned integrity.\n \nWebsite: https://www.front242.com\nFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/Front.242\nInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/front242official \n

SUMMARY:We Were Promised Jetpacks + Breakup Shoes - West Palm Beach - 10/19/22
DESCRIPTION:Heroes Live Entertainment presents We Were Promised Jetpacks with special guests Breakup Shoes on October 19 @ Respectable Street in West Palm Beach. The celebrated Scottish rock band is excited to announce U.S. Fall tour dates in support of their critically-acclaimed album Enjoy the View out now via Big Scary Monsters.\n\n\nTickets: https://wwpj.eventbrite.com\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHalf bracing post-punk and half tuneful indie pop\, We Were Promised Jetpacks formed while they were still attending high school in Edinburgh. Fifteen years into their career\, the trio is more focused than ever.\n\nWe Were Promised Jetpacks\n\n\nWebsite: https://wewerepromisedjetpacks.com\n\n\nFacebook: https://facebook.com/wewerepromisedjetpacks\n\n\nInstagram: https://instagram.com/wwpj\nTwitter: https://twitter.com/wwpj\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nWe Were Promised Jetpacks’ tender\, delicate poise is still stunning and heartbreaking in equal measure. – Flood Magazine  \nThe frothy melodies\, spiraling guitar riffs\, and catchy refrains of this newfound aesthetic suits the band well and make Enjoy the View one of the year’s more stimulating aural\nexperiences. – Under The Radar  \nSingle “Fat Chance” reveals a surprise partway through\, emerging as an anthem about overcoming long odds\, doing “a complete 180” and climbing out of the ruins\, stronger than ever. – NPR Music \nScottish post-punk outfit We Were Promised Jetpacks’ fifth album Enjoy the View is many things at once: A quiet rumination on past relationships\, a strain of optimism for the future\, an ode to open-road guitar music and a nod to the band’s best-known\, angular musicianship and intense live shows. – Atwood Magazine \n\nSince releasing 2018’s ‘The More I Sleep The Less I Dream’\, We Were Promised Jetpacks’ Adam Thompson\, Sean Smith\, and Darren Lackie have embraced change head-on. Amicably parting ways with guitarist Michael Palmer\, leaving a notable empty fourth corner in their practice room\, it marked a transitory moment in the band’s acclaimed career and one that would be cemented by events to come. \nEntering 2020 as a trio with a handful of songs written and a small tour under their belts\, the world around them came to a sudden halt. Yet despite the unquestionable hardship that the lockdown brought with it\, for a band looking to rebuild following a dramatic change\, it also proved to be a blessing in disguise. \n“I guess it ended up being a lot more collaborative between the three of us\,” Sean notes of their fifth studio record\, ‘Enjoy The View’. Unable to meet in person\, the album began to take shape across countless files bouncing back and forth between their respective Edinburgh homes. As well as providing the space to think more broadly about their own roles in the band\, isolation also allowed them to approach their collective sound in new ways. \n“If you’re trying to write a part when two other people are smashing their instruments it’s not the easiest thing\,” Adam laughs. “Writing remotely\, you could mute parts and work on things in your head. It just gave us a bit more creative freedom to try different things.” For Darren\, separated from his kit\, drumming became an entirely digital venture. “I could be a bit freer\,” he notes\, immediately backed up by his bandmates. “It was nice for Darren to have the space to try something he normally couldn’t\,” Adam smiles\, celebrating the opportunity for the trio to switch up their songwriting process.  \nWith the space to focus on the structure of the songs over what is immediately possible in a practice room\, the band shifted gears. “We’ve always considered ourselves a live band more than a studio band\,” Darren notes\, explaining how the past twelve months have forced a change. “This was more about focussing on making a really great album rather than thinking about how we play it live. Let’s make an album that’s just slightly different for us.” \nThe result\, ‘Enjoy The View’\, is also the product of a more settled band. Fifteen years into their career\, the trio is more focused than ever. “We are doing this for ourselves and the people who like our music and get something out of it\,” Adam gleams\, “I’m really excited about being able to show them the new record.”  \n“I’ve had a really nice time writing this album\,” he states matter-of-factly\, signaling his appreciation to his bandmates. “We’re all very appreciative of the people who are still listening to us\,” Darren adds\, “it pushes us to keep getting better”. Nodding to both the band and their ever-loyal fans\, Adam agrees. “It is very much our band\, and we do this because we can do it together.” \n\n\n\nSupport: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBreakup ShoesWebsite: https://www.breakupshoes.comFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/breakupshoesInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/breakupshoesTwitter: https://twitter.com/breakupshoes \nEmerging from the heyday of the Phoenix house show scene\, Breakup Shoes’ intimate yet celebratory style derives from their DIY origins as down-and-out college roommates. Their earliest tracks gave a unique expression to the long Arizona summer through a crafty blend of west coast beach rock mellowed out by a bedroom pop charm\, which quickly earned a cult following with debut EP Nicotine Dream. Their first full-length record\, Unrequited Love (& other clichés)\, propelled the band to a national audience and earned them gigs with Soccer Mommy\, Men I Trust\, No Vacation and more. Follow up record So Money\, Baby pairs Zawisa’s sweet melodies with a rich production style and brought the band their first full national tour with Summer Salt. Their most recent EP\, 2021’s Narratives\, finds the band in a smoother\, more mature sound that matches Zawisa’s reflective lyrics\, yearning for simpler times in complex tones. Breakup Shoes consists of Phoenix locals Nick Zawisa (lyricist/vocalist)\, Matthew Witsoe (drums)\, John MacLeod (guitar/bass)\, and Jake Peña (bass/guitar).

DESCRIPTION:Heroes Live Entertainment presents The Ocean Blue **Exclusive Florida Show** @ The Abbey in Orlando. Special guests: Conversation Piece + DJ Smilin’Dan (resident DJ at The Independent Bar for 15 years)\n\n\nTickets: https://theoceanblue2022.eventbrite.com\n\nJoin us as we welcome the indie-pop band on Saturday\, November 5\, 2022\, to The Abbey in Downtown Orlando for their ONLY FLORIDA SHOW.\n8:00PM (GA Doors) | 8:30PM (Show) | 6:30 (VIP Doors) | 18+\n\n\n  \n\n\n\n\n\nThe Ocean Blue\nWebsite: https://www.theoceanblue.com\nFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheOceanBlueMusic\nInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/theoceanblue/\nTwitter: https://twitter.com/theoceanblue\n\n\n\n  \nThe Ocean Blue arrived as the 1980s drew to close\, and their debut record on the famed Sire Records label in 1989 seemed to summarize the best of the musical decade. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSupport: \nCONVERSATION PIECE\nWebsite: https://conversationpiecefl.bandcamp.com\nFacebook: https://facebook.com/conversationpiecefl\nInstagram: https://instagram.com/conversationpiecefl\nTwitter: https://twitter.com/cpmusicfl \nDJ SMILIN’DAN\nWebsite: https://mixcloud.com/djsmilindan\nFacebook: https://facebook.com/djsmilindan\nInstagram: https://instagram.com/djsmilindan\nTwitter: https://twitter.com/DJSmilinDan

The original members played on hundreds of recording sessions before forming the band in 1964. Backing most of the vocalists in Jamaica at that time\, including Bob Marley\, Toots and The Maytals\, Jimmy Cliff\, Alton Ellis\, Ken Boothe\, and many more\, The Skatalites secured their place in musical history early on. After disbanding in 1965\, the individual members continued playing in various groups as the music evolved from ska to rocksteady to reggae.\n\n\n\n\n \n\nIn 1983\, The Skatalites reunited to play Reggae Sunsplash in Montego Bay and subsequently in London at The Crystal Palace for the U.K version of The Sunsplash event. A few years later they began emigrating to the U.S.A and in 1986 the first US shows began at The Village Gate in NYC. The band supported Bunny Wailer on The Liberation Tour in 1989 and followed it up in 1990 embarking on their first-ever headline tour of The U.S.A. The Skatalites have not stopped touring the world ever since and continue to be available for festivals\, casinos\, and intimate venue settings. Their unique infectious brand of authentic Jamaican ska excites audiences of all ages across the globe year after year.\n\n\n\n\n \n\n“We hope you will enjoy listening to our music as much as we enjoy performing it for you.”\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \nSupport: DUBWISE \nDubwise is the premiere sound system roots and culture event started in 2013 – Kingston\, Jamaica. But hidden within Vision Video’s catchy hooks and dancy beats is a nostalgic yet desperate message exploring the darker undertones of our existence. \n\n\n\n\n\n“Brilliant weavings of the sound that has made Joy Division and The Cure so loved” – The Big Takeover\n\n“Vision Video are blessed with a singer whose voice soars instead of sulks. SUMMARY:Clan Of Xymox + The Bellwether Syndicate + Astari Nite **NEW DATE** - West Palm Beach - 3/17/23
DESCRIPTION:Heroes Live Entertainment presents Clan Of Xymox with special guests The Bellwether Syndicate & Astari Nite on Friday\, March 17\, 2023 @ Respectable Street in West Palm Beach. First South Florida show since 1991!\n\n\nTickets: https://clanofxymox2023.eventbrite.com\n*Tickets purchased on the original date will be honored.  \n\n\n\n\n\nDutch darkwave pioneers Clan Of Xymox will perform their first South Florida show since 1991 at Respectable Street in West Palm Beach. Clan of Xymox with special guests The Bellwether Syndicate – William Faith (of Faith and the Muse) and Sarah Rose (aka DJ Scary Lady Sarah)\, Astari Nite and Jolt Radio’s Shadowplay DJs. Watch Video Flyer \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nClan Of Xymox\n\n\nWebsite: https://clanofxymox.com\n\n\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/clanofxymox.official\n\n\n\nInstagram: http://instagram.com/clan.of.xymox \n\n\nSince their formation in their native Holland\, Clan of Xymox has been constantly changing\, always challenging and often quite breathtaking. Formed in 80’s Amsterdam and signed to leading English independent label 4AD\, home at one time to the Cocteau Twins\, Dead Can Dance\, and Pixies among others. The 4AD period saw the release of the band’s self-titled debut album and the second album Medusa. Those two records were full of tumbling electro beats\, throbbing sequencers and moody vocals. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nClan of Xymox became one of the pioneers of the dark and moody electronic music that later became known as darkwave. Later they got signed to a subsidiary of Polygram USA. Their releases as solely Xymox were in a more synthpop/dance music vein. This period was known as their most commercial one\, having dance chart hits in the USA. \nIn 1997\, Ronny Moorings made the decision to restart Clan of Xymox and return to his musical roots in the Gothic electro scene. Since then\, the band signed to USA based Metropolis Records\, releasing a series of critically acclaimed albums. \nThe band has released 15 studio albums\, 2 DVD’s\, a remix and live album\, “Best Of” and even a covers album. In 2017\, “Days Of Black“ was released worldwide. It remains faithful to its roots and new-wave basis\, but progressively evolved towards more melodic and harmonious songs. \nClan of Xymox have done what many similar bands fail consistently to do. They’ve upped their game\, shaken things around\, plunged back into the darkness and come up with something sounding fresh\, original\, and exciting. To the great enthusiasm of their fans\, the band still tours with great energy worldwide on a constant basis. Current line-up consists of: Ronny Moorings\, Mojca\, Mario\, Sean and Daniel. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSupport: \nThe Bellwether SyndicateWebsite: http://thebellwethersyndicate.com Facebook: https://facebook.com/thebellwethersyndicate/Instagram: https://instagram.com/thebellwethersyndicate/Twitter: https://twitter.com/BellwetherSyn \nFronted by veteran artist William Faith (of Faith and the Muse) and Sarah Rose (aka DJ Scary Lady Sarah)\, The Bellwether Syndicate are\, as illustrated by their debut\, coloring outside of prescribed genre lines\, choosing here to push the boundaries of style and substance into something relevant and vital. \nWhile the music is written and recorded by William and Sarah\, the live show features collaborators Philly Peroxide (keyboards/percussion)\, Paul Sin (bass) and Faith’s long-time drummer Stevyn Grey. The Bellwether Syndicate present a powerful and commanding live performance\, where the sound and substance of the recorded work truly comes to life; where the art is made whole by the audience — and this is a band that knows how to connect with its audience: not a typical fan base\, but an engaged and invested network of family and familiars spanning the globe. \nAstari NiteWebsite: https://astarinitengp.bandcamp.comFacebook: https://facebook.com/astarinitemusicInstagram: https://instagram.com/astarinite43Twitter: https://twitter.com/astarinite \nAstari Nite crosses an obscure mix between gothic rock and post-punk\, exploring themes of death\, love and the occult. \nHaving performed alongside acts such as Peter Murphy\, The Damned\, Psychedelic Furs\, She Wants Revenge\, Cold Cave\, Assemblage 23\, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club\, Modern English and She Past Away\, they have established themselves as contemporaries of the GOTHIC ROCK scene. \nAstari Nite has released two brand new singles so far in 2021 titled All Else is a Curse and Pocket Full of Posies and can be heard at https://astarinitengp.bandcamp.com \nPlus Jolt Radio’s Shadowplay DJs \nhttp://joltradio.org/artist/shadowplay

SUMMARY:Head Automatica: Exclusive Florida Show - Miami - 6/21/23
DESCRIPTION:Heroes Live Entertainment presents Head Automatica **Exclusive Florida Show** on Wednesday\, June 21st\, 2023 @ Gramps in Miami. Rain or shine.\n\nHead Automatica is back! The power pop band formed by Glassjaw vocalist Daryl Palumbo in 2003 hasn’t played live in over a decade. This will be the band’s warm-up show prior to their upcoming festival dates. Special guests Love Tempo + Staircase Spirit.\n\n\nTickets: https://headautomatica.eventbrite.com\n\n\n7:00PM (Doors) | 7:30PM (Show) | 18+ \n\n\n\n\n\nHead Automatica \n\n\n\n\n\n\nLast FM: https://www.last.fm/music/Head+Automatica\nSpotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/2cyaobEho8uxhqLxwG7j6i\n\n\n\nHead Automatica is the somewhat unlikely pairing of vocalist Daryl Palumbo (of New York City’s hardcore outfit Glassjaw) and producer Dan the Automator (aka Dan Nakamura of Gorillaz\, Handsome Boy Modeling School). Introduced by mutual friends\, the duo began work on their debut\, aiming for a sound somewhere in between the Automator‘s beats and squiggles and Palumbo’s penchant for rock and punk. When Decadence appeared in late summer 2004\, its groove was just that — a bright and trashy mix of electronics and rock & roll\, the kind of thing for which late nights were made. Palumbo and Automator put together a road band and toured in support of the record\, sharing shows with such disparate acts as Lostprophets\, Thrice\, Interpol\, and the Rapture along the way. However\, Palumbo’s ongoing battle with Crohn’s disease\, which the singer suffered from since childhood\, continued to give him problems while on the road; various tour dates had to be canceled as he spent time in hospitals to receive treatment. \nThe frontman continued to relapse as work on Head Automatica’s sophomore effort began; his sickness persisted during the bulk of the recording process. The band — now comprised of Palumbo\, drummer Larry Gorman (ex-Glassjaw)\, bassist Jarvis Morgan Holden (ex-Give Up the Ghost)\, guitarist Craig Bonich\, and keyboardist Jessie Nelson — enlisted the talents of producer Howard Benson to help create an album with a “bright\, crisp sound.” The resulting Popaganda was issued in June 2006. It proved to be an aptly named album that\, without Dan the Automator around\, largely lacked the electronics of Decadence\, instead boasting a relatively more straightforward guitar sound largely influenced by late-’70s pop. A subsequent summer tour was spent opening for Taking Back Sunday alongside Angels and Airwaves and the Subways. \n\nSupport: \nLove Tempo\nSoundcloud: https://on.soundcloud.com/k79wL\nMixcloud: https://mixcloud.com/Brad_Strickland\nInstagram: https://instagram.com/thelovetempo\nFacebook: https://facebook.com/TheLoveTempo \nDisco\, Boogie\, Funk and House done right! SUMMARY:The Hails "What's Your Motive Tour" + Cannibal Kids - Miami - 9/30/23
DESCRIPTION:Heroes Live Entertainment presents The Hails + Cannibal Kids on Saturday\, September 30th\, 2023 @ The Ground at Club Space in Miami. Join us for their homecoming show on the What’s Your Motive Tour!\n\n\nTickets: https://thehails.eventbrite.com\n\n\nEARLY SHOW! 8:00PM (Doors) | 8:30PM (Show) | 18+ \n\n\n\n\n\nThe Hails\nWebsite: https://thehailsofficial.com\nSpotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/3g65HWtAf8uyVmpR4sRbrT \nFacebook: https://facebook.com/thehailsofficial\nInstagram: https://instagram.com/the_hails\nTwitter: https://twitter.com/the_hails \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFollowing a string of encounters too strange to be coincidence\, Robbie Kingsley\, Franco Solari\, Dylan McCue\, Andre Escobar\, and Zach Levy came together to form The Hails. Despite first playing in an insular Miami high school music scene\, the band officially formed at the University of Florida in Gainesville\, turning the tattered carpeting and beer bottle-lined shelves of their shitty college house into a distinct\, refined sound that is now synonymous with their name. \nAfter graduation\, the group made the pilgrimage back to their home of Miami\, the city that directly influenced the sound of their early shimmering singles “Younger” and “Stay”\, debut EP He Seems Upset (2020)\, and the subsequent Alive in Strange Ways (2021). Recent highlights of the road include holding court at festivals including WonderStruck\, Okeechobee\, and Playground\, interspersed between sold-out shows across the state of Florida. The first half of 2022 also saw The Hails join WILLIS for West and East Coast dates. \nFiring the starting pistol of their next chapter\, The Hails released “Exonerate” in October 2022\, ushering in a flood of editorial praise from Billboard\, Consequence\, EARMILK\, and many others excited by the direction the Miami five-piece is headed in. The same weekend as the single’s release\, The Hails took it to the stage of Miami’s infamous III Points Festival\, winning the crowd’s energy over with a track that had only been out for 24 hours. \nIn 2023 The Hails plan to release singles building towards a forthcoming debut album\, and will continue to build their touring history starting with a southeastern run of shows with The Happy Fits and The Beaches. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSupport: \nCannibal Kids\nWebsite: https://cannibalkids.com\nFacebook: https://facebook.com/cannibalkidsofficial\nInstagram: https://instagram.com/cannibalkids\nTwitter: https://twitter.com/Cannibalkids \nRiding the success of their albums Bloom & deadheads\, Cannibal Kids have garnered millions of streams and thousands of fans worldwide and across the net. Rooting South Florida\, Damian Gutierrez (Vocals\, Rhythm Guitar)\, Dustin Diaz (Lead Guitar)\, and Luke Faulkingham (Drums) have proven themselves to be excellent songwriters\, competent producers\, and show-stopping performers. Gathering major support in Miami with their refreshing tropical-pop sound\, enthralling vocal melodies\, infectious guitar riffs\, and dancey grooves they’ve left their impact on the music scene and beyond. After getting signed to Shaemax Records in 2016\, the band has put out several hit singles like “Troubled Mind”\, “Love Girl” and “Voicemail” which have all peaked on college radio and streamed millions of times collectively. The band has been on nationwide tours and shared the main stage with Young the Giant\, Knox Hamilton\, Chelsea Cutler\, and many more. The demand for their shows has only increased over time\, selling out Florida performances seven times in the last two years. \nInspired by Japanese City Pop\, jazz\, indie and alternative rock such as Kero Kero Bonito\, Hiroshi Sato\, Astrud Gilberto\, and Junko Ohashi\, Cannibal Kids have been able to find a unique tone that thrives off of high energy and groovy tunes.

SUMMARY:The Ocean Blue: Exclusive Florida Show - Miami - 11/10/23
DESCRIPTION:Heroes Live Entertainment presents indie-pop legends The Ocean Blue in The Magic City on Friday\, November 10th\, 2023 @ The Ground at Club Space in Miami for an EXCLUSIVE FLORIDA SHOW! Special guests JAIALAI and celebrated Miami DJ Carlos Menendez (Fire & Ice\, Backdoor\, The Church) will get things started.\n\n\nTickets: https://theoceanbluemiami.eventbrite.com\n\n\n7:00PM (GA Doors) | 7:30PM (Show) | 5:30 (VIP Doors) | 18+ \n\n\n\n\n\nThe Ocean Blue\nWebsite: https://www.theoceanblue.com\nFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheOceanBlueMusic\nInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/theoceanblue/\nTwitter: https://twitter.com/theoceanblue \n\n\n\nThe Ocean Blue arrived as the 1980s drew to a close\, and their debut record on the famed Sire Records label in 1989 seemed to summarize the best of the musical decade. In 2013\, after much anticipation\, the band released their first full-length record in over 10 years\, Ultramarine\, on Korda Records\, a Minneapolis-based label cooperative label the band helped launch that same year. The record was a welcome return for fans of the band and a younger generation of fans and garnered widespread praise as one of their very best albums. In 2015\, the band worked with Sire and Rhino Records to reissue their first 3 Sire albums on vinyl. The band marked the occasion by performing the first 2 albums in their entirety at limited concerts throughout the U.S. In 2016\, the band did a whole South American Tour where some of their most passionate fans reside. \nThe band has returned with their signature dream pop sound on the beautifully powerful Kings and Queens / Knaves and Thieves on Korda Records. \n\n\n\n\nSupport: \nJAIALAI\nWebsite: https://jaialaiofficial.bandcamp.com\nFacebook: https://facebook.com/jaialaiofficial\nInstagram: https://instagram.com/jaialaiofficial\nYouTube: https://youtube.com/@JAIALAIOFFICIAL \nJaialai is a psychedelic rock band based out of Miami\, Florida. Their sound may be described as a blend of krautrock\, shoegaze\, and garage rock. The band is comprised of Jose “Jovi” Adames (guitar/vocals)\, Richard Boullon (percussion)\, Mario Lemus (bass)\, and Oscar Sardiñas (guitar/vocals). They released their debut LP “Say So” in May 2019 and the “Culebra” EP in February 2020.

King\, Jimi Hendrix and Prince.” In September 2023\, Kingfish released his jaw-dropping third album\, Live In London. He is a 2020 graduate of Houston’s acclaimed Kinder High School of Performing and Visual Arts. He began his foray into the Houston Blues scene when he was 12 years old. Jonn Del Toro Richardson invited him to attend the weekly Blues jam he hosted at The Big Easy. He garnered national attention when he joined the Keeshea Pratt Band (IBC 2018) in 2020. After touring with the Keeshea Pratt Band and joining Brazilian Bluesman Cris Crochemore for the 2022 IBC\, Mathias decided to take a shot at the IBC as front man. \nUP NEXT is the debut release of the emerging Texas musician. He wrote and produced the project which displays some of Lattin’s musical influences. The wealth and breadth of great music/musicians in the Houston music scene had a major impact on the 21-year-old Lattin. UP NEXT is proof that the music is alive and in capable hands.

SUMMARY:Dead On A Sunday "Dead In Florida Tour 2024" + HADEE. - Miami Beach - 1/31/24
DESCRIPTION:Heroes Live Entertainment presents Dead On A Sunday “Dead In Florida Tour 2024” with special guest: HADEE. on Wednesday\, January 31\, 2024 @ Kill Your Idol in Miami Beach.\n\n\nTickets: https://deadonasunday.eventbrite.com\n\n\n\n\n\n8:00PM (Doors) | 9:00PM (Show) | 21+\n\n\n\nThis is the debut Florida show for the darkwave/emo band from Denver\, CO.  \n\n\nDead On A Sunday\nWebsite: https://linktr.ee/deadonasunday\nInstagram: https://instagram.com/deadonasunday\nYouTube: https://youtube.com/channel/UC79PQjfAoGUEu08uNjesJqw\nFacebook: https://facebook.com/deadonasunday \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRoss Ryan created Dead on a Sunday because he had always wanted to sing in a rock band. But he didn’t realize that his voice sounds a lot like that of Bob Belcher\, the lead character on the popular cartoon show Bob’s Burgers. The people who caught a Dead on a Sunday TikTok noticed\, though\, and Ryan’s music went viral\, with even the supervising director of Bob’s Burgers eventually weighing in. \n“I started messing around with the TikTok thing\, like\, summer 2021. And you know\, TikTok either goes fast or it goes slow. So it was going really slow\, and I kind of backed off it a bit\, mostly out of frustration\,” Ryan recalls. “And then this last summer\, I decided to kind of go hard at it again\, because you know\, it’s the number-one entertainment app\, and it’s the only place that’s really breaking artists.” \nHe began making videos in which he re-created a popular song in the dark-wave genre\, which is also the styling of his band. In one\, he combined Mr. Kitty’s viral tune “After Dark” with the lyrics from Blink-182’s “Dammit\,” and then uploaded the band’s performance to TikTok in October. It “was growing slowly on Spotify\, maybe 100 plays a day\,” he says. “Then this guy on TikTok comments on the video and says\, ‘It sounds like Bob Belcher.’ I was like\, ‘Is that supposed to be a good thing?’ I wasn’t mad; it was funny. I didn’t have a video to post that day\, so I just took a lot of clips of us playing our last show and I tagged that comment and wrote ‘Bob-core’ over the video. And within just\, like\, seven seconds…it had hundreds of views. I went about my day\, and when I went on TikTok later\, it was at 3\,000 views\, and every time I refreshed\, people were commenting. … I’ve never had anything that translated into fans and streams of the music just overnight.” \nThe video now has more than 745\,000 views\, and a follow-up video of Ryan dressed as Bob Belcher lip-syncing the viral audio has racked up more than 100\,000. As a result\, Dead on a Sunday’s debut album\, Strange Days\, which was also released in October\, has been gaining more listens and saves day after day. \nMeanwhile\, the song that went viral\, which Ryan titled “Dammit (After Dark)\,” has more than 135\,000 plays on Spotify. “Every listener comes back on average about five times a day and listens\,” Ryan says. “It’s boosted and grown the fan base. All my accounts on all platforms have grown.” – Westword \n\n\n\n\nSupport: \nHADEE.\nWebsite: https://ffm.bio/hadee\nInstagram: https://instagram.com/hadeedosani\nFacebook: https://facebook.com/hadeedosaniofficial\nBandcamp: https://hadee.bandcamp.com \nHailing from the sunshine state\, HADEE. is an Alt-Rock artist who has burned his way into the minds of all listeners who come across him. Taking influence from 80s post-punk & new-wave\, emo/goth rock\, and a touch of classic film noir\, HADEE. finishes off this stylistic blend with a balanced mix of modernity. Laced with driving basslines and contagious melodies that bleed nostalgia\, HADEE. cuts through the noise\, delivering everything you want and didn’t know you needed. \nWith only one year down\, he has already amassed a dedicated audience and interest that extends beyond his home base of South Florida\, as well as shared the stage with such established acts like Mayday Parade and BOYS LIKE GIRLS\, all while still being an independent artist. He was also selected to perform at the 2023 Richmond International Film Festival (RIFF) after winning a competition for the music video of his second single\, “KEROSENE”. \n\nAs evolution takes its course\, it is clear that HADEE. is not willing to be defined by one sound. The gemini nature of his style further intrigues the listener\, keeping them unsure of which song they enjoy more\, and even more uncertain of what may follow next. \n“Every scene has a soundtrack”. \nHADEE.’s latest single\, “POISON IVY” proves the alt-rocker has no plans of stopping now.
