SUMMARY:Lee "Scratch" Perry + Subatomic Sound System - West Palm Beach - 2/15/19
DESCRIPTION:Heroes Live Entertainment presents Lee Scratch Perry + Subatomic Sound System 45th Anniversary Performance of “Blackboard Jungle Dub” + More. 1st dub album in history\, live for the 1st time! Exclusive South Florida Show @ Respectable Street in West Palm Beach. Support: Spred The Dub.\n\n\nTickets: http://ticketfly.com/event/1790306\n\n\n\nGrammy winning dub & reggae pioneer Lee “Scratch” Perry celebrates the 45th anniversary of his landmark album “Blackboard Jungle Dub”\, the world’s first dub album. Scratch\, now 82 years young\, will embark on a tour across North America performing his 1973 studio masterpiece live in its entirety for the first time\, aided by the technology of NYC’s Subatomic Sound System\, his hybrid band of new school electronics and veteran Jamaican musicians from the Black Ark era recordings. For the past 8 years\, Subatomic Sound System has been Scratch’s go to band for re-creating the Black Ark sound live on stage. They will also perform music from their album “Super Ape Returns To Conquer” ( http://bit.ly/SS033s ) which topped both reggae and electronic charts in 2018\, plus singles like “Black Ark Vampires” ( http://bit.ly/BAVss ) and classics from Perry’s work with the likes of Bob Marley\, Max Romeo\, and many more. Perry’s Blackboard Jungle album includes dub remixes of hit songs he co-wrote with Bob Marley\, “Kaya” & “Keep On Movin”\, as well as other big tunes from The Wailers and Junior Byles. Kaya turned out to be Marley’s most successful album of his career and celebrated its own anniversary with a massive festival earlier this year. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n–\n\n\nLee “Scratch” Perry\n\n\nWebsite: http://subatomicsound.com\n\n\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/perryscratch/\n\n\nTwitter: http://twitter.com/scratchlee\n\n\nInstagram: http://instagram.com/lee_scratch_perry\n\n\n \n\n\nProducer\, mixer and Grammy-winning reggae dub artist\, Lee “Scratch” Perry has been overturning tradition and confounding conventional wisdom for more than five decades. In the process\, the widely acknowledged father of dub reggae became arguably the first creatively driven “artist-producer” in modern recorded music. In 2004\, Rolling Stone Magazine ranked Perry on their list of the 100 Greatest Artists of All Time.\n\n\n \n\n\nBorn in Jamaica in 1936\, Lee Perry began in the music business in the 1950’s and by the 1960’s became known for his innovative production techniques as well as his eccentric character. His first single “People Funny Boy” in 1968 was notable for its innovative use of sampling as well as a fast\, chugging beat that would soon become identifiable as “reggae”. Concurrent with his own releases with the Upsetters\, Perry produced numerous reggae artists at his Black Ark studio\, including Bob Marley and the Wailers\, The Heptones\, and Max Romeo.\n\n\n \n\n\nAfter his famed Black Ark Studio was consumed by fire\, Perry took refuge in England and the U.S.\, performing live and making records with collaborators from a wide range of musical genres\, all artists who had been inspired by his innovative work: British dub producers Adrian Sherwood and Mad Professor\, punk legends The Clash and Public Image\, rap innovators the Beastie Boys\, and in recent years the Rolling Stones’ Keith Richards\, Funkadelic’s George Clinton\, rocker Andrew W.K.\, electronic artists like The Orb\, and of course NYC bass music specialists Subatomic Sound System who back in 2007 collaborated with Dubblestandart on Scratch’s first dubstep remixes. \n\n\n \n\n\nFor over six years in the USA\, Subatomic Sound System has been Scratch’s go to band for bringing his Black Ark Studio sound live to the stage\, a unique hybrid configuration that brings together a handful of live musicians like veteran Jamaican percussionist Larry McDonald with computers and live dub mixing of classic recordings as well as brand new sounds Scratch hears from outer space. Lee “Scratch” Perry\, now into his sixth decade as a pop-music provocateur\, has few peers when it comes to fresh ideas and their implementation. He remains one of the world’s most imaginative sonic architects.\n\n\n \n\n\nWatch this playlist of Lee Scratch Perry & Subatomic Sound System starting War Ina Babylon at Coachella 2013: https://youtu.be/CvUswefcglU?list=PLrSutf-KvSF4UTRF4-_nv7g7LWaQttO8F\n\n\n \n\n\nSubatomic Sound System\n\n\nWebsite: http://subatomicsound.com\n\n\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/SubatomicSoundSystem/\n\n\nTwitter: http://twitter.com/SubatomicSound\n\n\nInstagram: http://instagram.com/subatomic\n\n\n \n\n\nSubatomic Sound System and the Subatomic Sound label\, NYC dub and bass music specialists\, sound revolutinaries\, and founders of Dub Champions festival. SUMMARY:Peter Murphy: 40 Years Of Bauhaus feat. David J - Miami - 2/6/19
DESCRIPTION:Heroes Live Entertainment presents Peter Murphy: 40 Years Of Bauhaus\, Ruby Celebration featuring David J\, Performing “In The Flat Field” in its entirety plus extended encore of Bauhaus classics @ The Ground at Club Space in Miami. Support: UK psych-rock band Desert Mountain Tribe & New Orleans performing artist Vinsantos\n\n\nTickets: http://ticketfly.com/event/1782866\n\n\n\n\nOriginally formed in England in 1978\, pioneering post-punk band Bauhaus carved out a singular musical niche combining minimalism\, art school rock and dark glam\, with a huge dose of their own experimentalism\, originality and verve. Unswervingly bleak in their approach\, they released their break-out hit “Bela Lugosi’s Dead” in 1979\, an astonishing slice of brooding imagination.\n\n\n \n\n\nThey were signed to 4AD and released their debut album In The Flat Field in 1980\, before moving on to release three further records via Beggars Banquet (Mask – 1981\, The Sky’s Gone Out – 1982 and Burning From The Inside – 1983). \n\n\n \n\n\nAlthough brief\, their career was hugely influential and resonated across the decades. The band split in the early 1980s (but reformed briefly a few times throughout the years) and band members went on to focus on other projects. Peter Murphy continues to enjoy a successful solo career\, spectacularly celebrated with the recently released 5-CD box containing his Beggars Banquet releases.\n\n\n \n\n\nThe forthcoming tour celebrates 40 years since the formation of Bauhaus – featuring two original members\, vocalist Peter Murphy and bassist David J.\n\n\n\n\n–\n\n\nPeter Murphy\nWebsite: http://petermurphy.info/\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/petermurphyinfo/\nTwitter: http://twitter.com/petermurphyinfo\nInstagram: http://instagram.com/petermurphyofficial

Space is limited. \n\nRSVP: http://ticketfly.com/event/1768175\n\n\nNew album “Eternal Return” out on Relapse represents a new era for the group\, a chrysalis moment that takes them to new and unforeseen heights. Once again the band has joined forces with producer Jack Endino (Nirvana\, Soundgarden) with vivid artwork by Arik Roper (Sleep\, High on Fire). Equally informed by heavy\, fuzzed-out psych along with the iconic grunge / alternative groups of the 90s\, WINDHAND has crafted a record brilliant in scope\, powerful in execution\, and perfect for an era of increasingly blurry yet still heavy borders. \n\n\nWindhand\nWebsite: http://windhand.band\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/WindhandVA\nTwitter: http://twitter.com/windhandva\nInstagram: http://instagram.com/windhand \nSupport: \n\nGenocide Pact\nWebsite: http://genocidepact.bandcamp.com/\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/genocidepact\nTwitter: http://twitter.com/genocidepact\nInstagram: http://instagram.com/genocidepact \n\nEther\n\n\nWebsite: http://ethercoven.bigcartel.com\n\n\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/EtherCoven\n\n\nInstagram: http://instagram.com/ethercoven/\n\n\n \n\n\nAbsolver\n\n\nWebsite: http://absolver.bandcamp.com/\n\n\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/absolver.band/\n\n\nInstagram: http://instagram.com/absolver_

SUMMARY:Mineral: 25th Anniversary Tour + Tancred + Pohgoh - Miami - 1/9/19
DESCRIPTION:Heroes Live Entertainment presents Mineral: 25th Anniversary Tour with special guests Tancred & Pohgoh @ The Ground at Club Space in Miami. \n\nTickets: http://ticketfly.com/event/1682955\n\n\n\n“When Mineral broke up in 1998\, they had been together for only four years and released only two full-lengths\, yet their shaping of the indie rock landscape cannot be overstated. “ – All Music Guide \n\n\n\n–\n\n\nMineral\nWebsite: http://officialmineral.com/\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/OfficialMineralMusic\nTwitter: http://twitter.com/officialmineral\nInstagram: http://instagram.com/officialmineral\n\n\n\n  \nEndSerenading was the second\, and final album released by Mineral. It was the definitive statement by the Austin\, TX based band. So final\, in fact\, that the band members had actually gone their separate ways prior to the album’s release in 1998. \nWhat ended in 1998\, actually began four years earlier\, in Houston\, TX\, when friends Christopher Simpson (guitar/vocals)\, Jeremy Gomez (bass)\, Gabriel Wiley (drums) and Scott McCarver (guitar) formed the band Mineral. Mineral launched into touring immediately\, often alongside other indie bands like Jimmy Eat World\, The Promise Ring\, Texas is the Reason\, Knapsack\, Braid\, and The Get Up Kids\, garnering them a legion of fans from the outset. \nEventually the band relocated to Austin\, TX and a debut single\, Gloria b/w Parking Lot\, on Caulfield Records followed\, as did more touring. Via a zine editor in Colorado\, the single found it’s way to Jeff Matlow at crank! A RECORD COMPANY\, which eventually led to an album deal and the release of The Power Of Failing in 1996. \nUpon the release of the first album\, Mineral quickly emerged as one of the leaders in the burgeoning indie / emo music scene. College radio loved the record. The press gushed about the band. It was inevitable that the major labels would come calling. Interscope Records eventually won the major label beauty contest and signed the band. \nSuch were the circumstances when the band went into Big Fish Studios in San Diego\, California with Mark Trombino (Blink 182\, Jimmy Eat World) to record one final record for crank! A RECORD COMPANY. EndSerenading was the result. The songs for the record had not come easily\, nor did the recording of them. But the album was strong\, emotional and daring. It was a Mineral album. \nAnd then it was over. The perfunctory “creative differences” statement was issued. The album was released and new bands were formed. Christopher and Jeremy went on to form The Gloria Record and Gabe founded Pop Unknown. \nIn a short amount of time\, Mineral’s poignant dynamics combined with impassioned lyrics about coming of age was influencing bands everywhere\, and still inspires new bands in the indie scene today. \n2019 marks the bands 25th anniversary. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nSupport:\n\n\n\n\n  \nTancred\nWebsite: https://tancredmusic.com/\nFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/tancredmusic/\nTwitter: https://twitter.com/tancredjess\nInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/tancredjess/ \nTancred is the stage name of former Now\, Now guitarist Jess Abbott. \nAs Tancred\, Abbott has released three full-length albums to date. Her first album\, titled Capes\, was released in 2011 on No Sleep Records. In 2013\, Abbott signed to Topshelf Records and released her self-titled second full-length album. In 2016\, Abbott signed to Polyvinyl Records and released her third full-length album titled Out of the Garden. On March 27\, 2018\, she premiered her new single Reviews and announced an album\, Nightstand\, to be released on June 1\, 2018 via Polyvinyl. \nOut of the Garden was recorded by OFF!’s Steven McDonald and That Dog.’s Anna Waronker\, and was praised by many outlets\, including NPR Music\, which declared: “Out of the Garden is just phenomenal… this to me feels like a breakthrough.” \nA video for Tancred’s song “Pens” was handpicked for NPR Music’s “Songs We Love” series and featured a cameo by Sadie Dupuis of Speedy Ortiz. \nTancred has toured with Foxing\, Julien Baker\, Weaves\, and Jessica Hernandez & The Deltas\, and also performed at the 2016 Riot Fest. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nPohgoh\n\n\nWebsite: http://pohgoh.bandcamp.com \n\n\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/PohgohFL\n\n\nInstagram: http://instagram.com/pohgohfl\n\n\n \n\n\nTwenty-one years is a long time between albums. \n\n\n \n\n\nSince calling it quits in 1997\, Tampa\, FL’s Pohgoh has been known to break out the guitars for the occasional one-off reunion over the years. The last one reignited a missing passion and desire to write and perform music together. Susie Ulrey (vocals\, guitar)\, Matt Slate (guitar)\, Keith Ulrey (drums) and new bassistBrian Roberts (Hankshaw\, Murder Suicide Pact) spent the last couple of years hunkered down in their practice space revisiting the old material while hashing out fresh ideas. \n\n\n\n\n\nIn August 2017 the band made their way to Baltimore\, MD’s Magpie Cage Recording Studio to record their sophomore full-length with engineer/producer J. Robbins (Jawbox\, Burning Airlines). The result is Secret Club\, Pohgoh’s first full-length since 1997’s posthumous In Memory Of Bab\, consisting of songs dealing with life as a band after almost 20 years apart and Susie’s 15+ year battle with Multiple Sclerosis. \n\n\n \n\n\nDiagnosed in 2001\, Susie’s lyrics touch on the hardships and struggles of living with the disease including\, but not limited to\, a constant worry of being a burden to others (“Business Mode”)\, years of chemical and drug therapies (“Super Secret Club”) and a simple nightly fight pleading with her own legs to remain still (“Who’s The You”). The album does have its ‘light in the darkness’ moments\, too\, with songs about the direction of the reunited band (“Try Harder”) and the sheer power of positive thinking (“Bunch”)\, of which she declares “I lose battles\, but I win wars.” All of this set to a backdrop of crunchy Superchunk-y guitars\, even as they visit the more downtempo moments of reflection throughout the 11 tracks. \n\n\n \n\n\nWith a rich history within the 90’s DIY/indie/emo scene\, Pohgoh was in a small league of female-fronted bands of the era alongside peers like Rainer Maria\, Dahlia Seed & Jejune. The band’s previous catalog includes several singles\, a split 7″ with Braid\, the closing track on the Emo Diaries\, Vol. 1 and the aforementioned full-length.\n\n\nSecret Club is out now on CD/LP/Digital via New Granada Records (US)\, Barely Regal Records (UK/EU) and Waterslide Records (Japan).\n\n\n \n\n\nPRAISE FOR SECRET CLUB:\n\n\n“a dynamically playful and DIY-feeling fusion of emo\, alternative rock\, and power pop.” \n\n\n– The Fader\n\n\n \n\n\n“a fantastic piece of work that builds upon the bittersweet sonic bedrock the band initially laid out\, while lyrically exploring the ups and downs of living with one bitch of a disease.” \n\n\n– Kerrang (UK)\n\n\n \n\n\n“They were everything I wanted in a band when I was playing music back in the day.” \n\n\n– Washed Up Emo\n\n\n \n\n\n“you should check this out if you’re fan of Pohgoh’s old pals like Braid and Rainer Maria\, or newer bands that keep this sound alive like Into It Over It and Waxahatchee.” \n\n\n– BrooklynVegan\n\n\n \n\n\n“Alongside J Robbins’ typical rough-and-ready production style\, Pohgoh feel so deeply ingrained in the classic emo aesthetic while simultaneously having grown\, matured and experienced\, and they’re able to capture those feelings in a great return.” \n\n\n– The Sound Board\n\n\n \n\n\n“It’s quite a musical feat for a band to contrast gloom and disheartenment so well with hope and solidarity. Pohgoh is able to do this in such a laid-back and easy manner as if the long hiatus had never existed.” \n\n\n– Visions (Germany)

DESCRIPTION:https://heroesliveent.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/BlacRabbit-Ellen.mp4\nHeroes Live Entertainment & Las Rosas present Blac Rabbit **Free Show** Seize The Day Tour 2018 with JAIALAI\, Moongazer & DJ Goldie Brown of Jacuzzi Boys @ Las Rosas in Miami. Early arrival strongly suggested. Space is limited. \n\nRSVP: http://ticketfly.com/event/1762696\n\n\nBorn and raised in Bed Stuy\, Brooklyn\, identical twin brothers Amiri and Rahiem Taylor do not make the type of music that their borough of origin is usually associated with.  Growing up in the mecca of hip-hop culture\, the Taylor brothers had more exposure in their house to pop\, funk and soul music from the 60’s\, 70’s and 80’s. In high school\, they taught themselves how to play guitar and write songs based off of the Beatles.  After high school they formed Blac Rabbit\, bringing in former metal and church drummer Patrick Jones\, followed by resident shredder Josh Lugo on bass (and sometimes guitar) to play their original psychedelic rock tunes. Tired of working boring grocery store jobs\, Amiri and Rah started performing Beatles covers on the NYC subway\, earning some pocket change\, slowly building a reputation around the city while also performing their original material in New York’s best venues for up and coming acts.  On December 23rd\, 2017\, the band released their debut self-titled EP\, which was also self-recorded and self-mixed. E. A. L.—Human Education Against Lies-1991)\, and has established the Temple of Hip Hop for the spiritual exploration of Hip Hop’s culture (1996). \nIt was KRS-One who first argued that “rap is something we do; Hip Hop is something we live” and introduced the “I am Hip Hop” philosophy in 1994 which Black Entertainment Television uses as the title of their Hip Hop Lifetime Achievement Award today. Without question\, KRS-One has been the loudest voice for the actual preservation and expansion of original Hip Hop worldwide. \nWhen he is not touring or lecturing\, on his so-called “down-time”\, KRS-One continues to share his unique knowledge of Hip Hop to younger audiences eager to hear the ‘teacha’ speak. Operating as a kind of “pop-up” school\, KRS-One’s Temple of Hip Hop has appeared in various cities in USA also in the UK and Europe offering the more serious student of Hip Hop an effective way to live and understand the culture of Hip Hop more deeply. \nKRS-One\, the lyrical legend\, drops his new 2017 album ‘The World Is Mind’. KRS-One brings that Boom Bap back\, with tracks like; ‘Raw BEAT’ and the graffiti tribute ‘Out for Fame’. In addition KRS-One celebrates the South African clique langue on ‘Keep It Clicking’ and shares ancient wisdom on the title track ‘The World Is Mind’. This is another banger from the Hip Hop legend. \nAwards: \n2004\, VH1 Hip Hop Honors\n2007\, I am Hip Hop\, BET Hip Hop Awards\n2007\, Lifetime Achievement\, BET Hip Hop Awards\n2009\, Living Legend Award\, Urban Music Awards \n\n\n\n\nSupport: \n\nOn the decks: DJ S.U.N. SUMMARY:Whitechapel: "Decade of Defilement Tour" + Carnifex + Rings of Saturn + Entheos + So This Is Suffering + Bloodbather - Miami - 11/12/17
DESCRIPTION:Heroes Live Entertainment presents Whitechapel: “Decade of Defilement Tour” Celebrating 10 Years of “The Somatic Defilement” with special guests Carnifex\, Rings Of Saturn\, Entheos\, So This Is Suffering & Bloodbather @ The Ground at Club Space in Miami. \n\nTickets: http://ticketfly.com/event/1507518\n\n\nhttps://heroesliveent.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Whitechapel-videoflyer.mp4\nWith five genre-redefining albums to their name\, the Knoxville\, Tennessee natives have carved themselves a unique niche in contemporary metal\, and in doing so have spoken to legions of fans. Making their presence known with 2007’s The Somatic Defilement\, their profile has steadily grown\, and 2014’s Our Endless War saw them crack the top 10 on the Billboard Top 200 for the first time. Their reputation for maintaining their integrity is well-earned\, and going into their sixth full-length this commitment is stronger than ever. “I honestly don’t think that we ever have to prove anything to anyone\, we do this because we enjoy it\, and if people want to listen and support us\, that’s just a bonus\,” says Bozeman. “With this record we knew what we didn’t want to do. We wanted to get away from the faster stuff\, because we’re burned out on that 260bpm blastbeat thing. We’ve done that. Ultimately none of us agree with genre pigeon-holing\, and we’re not afraid to write what we want to write\, no matter what anyone else thinks.” While the band had clear ideas for elements they wanted to explore\, they did not allow this to dictate the record\, which developed more naturally\, focusing on what was best for the individual songs\, refusing to accept anything less than the absolute best they could possibly do. “Nothing was set in concrete when we started writing\, and we did not force anything\,” Wade states. “For example\, the idea of including some clean singing was brought up before any songs were written\, but it was never really like ‘okay\, we’re doing this’ until the songs that we planned to have that on were complete and Phil could say ‘so I’m clean singing on these\, right?’. At that moment it felt exciting that we were exploring musical territory that we hadn’t before\, and that we were confident in doing so.” In realizing the album\, the band – rounded out by guitarists Ben Savage and Zach Householder\, bassist Gabe Crisp and drummer Ben Harclerode – reunited with producer Mark Lewis (The Black Dahlia Murder\, Cannibal Corpse). “When it comes to recording we have the ‘if it’s not broke\, don’t fix it’ mentality\, and he really does find ways to make us sound better with each record. From ‘Whitechapel‘ (2012) to ‘Our Endless War‘\, there really was a large step forward in terms of the production and tones\, and I feel that is also the case with the progression from ‘Our Endless War‘ to ‘Mark of the Blade‘. This is the biggest we have ever sounded on a record\, and it’s great to see his growth as a producer matched with our growth as musicians.” \nWhitechapel \n\nWebsite: https://whitechapelband.com\nFacebook: https://facebook.com/whitechapelmetal\nTwitter: @WhitechapelBand\nInstagram: @whitechapelband\n<> \nSupport: \n<>\nCarnifex\nFacebook: https://facebook.com/CarnifexMetal\nTwitter: @carnifex\nInstagram: @Carnifex\n<>\n\nRings Of Saturn\nWebsite: https://ringsofsaturnofficialmerchstore.com\nFacebook: https://facebook.com/RingsofSaturnband\nInstagram: @lucasmannofficial\n<>\n\nEntheos\nFacebook: https://facebook.com/entheosband\nTwitter: @entheosofficial\nInstagram: @entheosband\n<>\n\n\nSo This Is Suffering\nFacebook: https://facebook.com/sothisissuffering\nInstagram: @sothisissuffering\n<>\n\nBloodbather\nWebsite: https://bloodbather.bandcamp.com/releases\nFacebook: https://facebook.com/bloodbather\nTwitter: @bloodbather\nInstagram: @bloodbather

SUMMARY:Front Line Assembly + Cubanate - West Palm Beach - 11/4/17
DESCRIPTION:Respectable Street in partnership with Heroes Live Entertainment present Front Line Assembly with Cubanate\, Vampyre Anvil\, Cyanide Regime & Skoros @ Respectable Street in West Palm Beach. \n\nTickets: http://ticketfly.com/event/1564861\n\nFront Line Assembly is the primary focus of Vancouver-based musician Bill Leeb. A founding member of Skinny Puppy\, Leeb moved on to form FLA in 1986 with Michael Balch\, releasing some cassettes (since released as Total Terror I & II) which paved the way for their 1987 releases: The Initial Command\, State of Mind\, and Corrosion. In late 1988\, they recorded the mini-LP Disorder\, since combined with Corrosion and released as Corroded Disorder. Their 1989 release\, Gashed Senses and Crossfire\, further cemented their popularity in the industrial scene\, and prompted their first world tour. By 1990\, Balch had departed and Rhys Fulber rounded out the duo\, releasing Caustic Grip. But it was two years later when the duo released what for many has become the genre’s crowning moment\, the classic album Tactical Neural Implant\, which to this day still defines the best of industrial music. \nFLA enraged many of their fans in 1994 when they began to experiment with their established electronic-only sound. Millenium\, with its heavy doses of live and sampled metal guitars\, dared its audience to grow and expand with the band beyond industrial’s perceived barriers. Front Line stepped to the firing line again in 1995 with Hard Wired\, which reflected both a return to form and a continued embracing of the guitar. Hard Wired not only picked up where Implant left off\, it improved on the sound by adding in elements of all of their side projects. A fall European tour was recorded for the 1996 release Live Wired\, their first concert CD ever. Also in 1996\, Front Line Assembly followed up Hard Wired with two CD singles\, “Circuitry” and “Plasticity”\, and toured North America with Numb and Die Krupps. \n1997 saw the first realignment of Front Line Assembly since 1990\, with the departure of Rhys Fulber and the addition of Chris Peterson to the ranks. Front Line’s 1998 album\, FLAvor of the Weak\, featured the band’s first flirtation with electronica. Re-Wind\, a twin CD of remixes\, followed later that year. The duo then released Implode in 1999\, and Epitaph in 2001. Epitaph exhibited building intros\, trancy synth lines\, pulsing beats\, and solid melodies\, which proved to be contagious anthems for a new future of industrial music. \nAfter the 2001 release of Epitaph\, another changing of the FLA “guard” occurred: Chris Peterson left\, and original member\, Rhys Fulber (Fear Factory\, Conjour One) returned. The newly charged Front Line Assembly delivered the highly anticipated Maniacal single in late 2003. The successful single laid the ground work for the 2004 album Civilization\, and Vanished EP which featured three unreleased tracks. \nThen finally in 2005 came the event that everyone was waiting for\, a Front Line Assembly fusion. Bill Leeb\, Rhys Fulber\, and Chris Peterson with new members Jeremy Inkel\, Adrian White\, and Jarod Slingerland began working on the 2006 album\, Artificial Soldier. The newly re-formed line-up managed to create an album that no only lived up to the expectations of Front Line Assembly fans\, but surpassed them. Heavy pounding beats\, atmospheric strings\, percolating melodies\, dynamic synths and Bill Leeb’s trademark vocals couldn’t be fused together any tighter if you tried to do it at an atomic level. As if all of those factors weren’t enough\, two guest vocalists appear on Artificial Soldier – Eskil Simonsson from Covenant (on “The Storm”) and Jean-Luc De Meyer from Front 242 (on “Future Fail”)! After the release of the album\, the band embarked on a successful world tour\, and released the remix album Fallout one year later. \nThroughout the years\, FLA has seen many line-up changes. Bill Leeb remains the constant behind the band. For 2010\, a new line-up has emerged featuring Jeremy Inkel\, Chris Peterson on programming duties\, and Jared Slingerland on Guitars\, and FLA has been joined by Three Inches of Blood guitarist Justin Hagberg\, and guest keyboardist Craig Huxtable of Landscape Body Machine. \nThe result of this reinvigorated lineup is the all new album Improvised. Electronic. Device. As well as the Shifting Through The Lens single. The new songs demonstrate that FLA has not lost its edge over the past almost two and a half decades. And as if Front Line Assembly’s legacy and namesake alone weren’t enough for the album\, Al Jourgensen from Ministry contributes his vocals to the song “Stupidity.” \nBill’s work can also be heard on a wide number of side projects\, including Noise Unit\, Delerium\, InterMix\, Cyberaktif\, Equinox\, and Synaesthesia. Bill has also contributed music to the popular video game\, Quake 3 – The Arena. \nFacebook: http://facebook.com/frontlineassembly \nSupport: \nCubanate\nWebsite: http://soundcloud.com/marc-heal\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/cubanate\nTwitter: @Marc_Heal \nVampyre Anvil\nWebsite: http://vampyreanvil.bandcamp.com\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/vampyreanvil \n\nCyanide Regime\nWebsite: http://cyanideregime.com\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/cyanideregime \n\n\nSkoros\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/skorosmusic

SUMMARY:Insane Clown Posse: The Great Milenko 20th Anniversary Tour + R.A. The Rugged Man - Miami - 10/18/17
DESCRIPTION:Heroes Live Entertainment presents Insane Clown Posse: The Great Milenko 20th Anniversary Tour with R.A. The Rugged Man\, Lyte\, Ouija & Web Three @ The Hangar in Miami. \n\nTickets: http://ticketfly.com/event/1551927\n\nhttps://heroesliveent.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/ICP-Miami.mp4\nInsane Clown Posse \nFew artists have as devoted a fan base (“Juggalos” as they call themselves) and are as roundly dismissed by critics as Insane Clown Posse\, the Wayne\, Michigan\, rap-metal duo of Violent J (a.k.a. Joe Bruce) and Shaggy 2 Dope (a.k.a. Joey Utsler). Still\, ICP’s longevity and marketing acumen have brought a success even their detractors must acknowledge. \nOriginally\, Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope were part of a rap quartet called Inner City Posse\, which formed in 1988; when the group broke apart\, Insance Clown Posse took its place in the local firmament. Their debut\, 1992’s Carnival of Carnage\, introduced the group’s new sound\, which mixed harder rock elements among the beats and rhymes and its essential pose (clowns in full make-up anticipating the apocalypse\, basically). But despite a steady stream of albums that sell well to the group’s surprisingly large core\, ICP’s main draw is its live show featuring all manner of sideshow shenanigans\, including pyrotechnics and the liberal tossing of Faygo soda onto a willing audience. \nWith a growing fan-base\, 1994’s The Ringmaster sold well\, eventually going gold\, and led to the band signing with Jive records for 1995’s The Riddle Box. The band jumped to Hollywood Records for 1997’s The Great Milenko (Number 63) which helped propel ICP into the national spotlight; Hollywood’s pulling the album off shelves due to questionable lyrical content gave the album an even further push as the burgeoning nü-metal audience couldn’t wait to hear what all the fuss was about. Island eventually issued the disc. The band began making headlines but not so much for their music but thanks to a road accident (Violent J suffered a concussion)\, fights with their own audiences and at an Indiana Waffle House\, and a panic attack onstage in Minneapolis (J’s). \nBy 1999\, when the group issued The Amazing Jeckel Brothers\, it had enough clout to debut at Number Four on the Top 200\, and like Kiss before them\, they began merchandising like crazy: multiple CD covers\, a movie (Big Money Hustlas\, which bypassed theaters for video)\, comic books\, even part-time careers as professional wrestlers for both members\, as well as appearances in a pair of wrestling video games. The group closed out the initial run of its ‘Dark Carnival’ series of albums with Shangri-La and Hell’s Pit\, with the former album proclaiming that they had been leading their fans to God the whole time. ICP’s profile has shrunk in recent years (they’ve gone back to indie labels and tour in less high-profile a fashion)\, but their fan base remains as loyal as their 2007 release the The Tempest\, which debuted at Number 20 on the Top 200\, proved. \nWebsite: http://insaneclownposse.com\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/INSANECLOWNPOSSE\nTwitter: @icp\nInstagram: @therealicp \nSupport: \nR.A. Thorburn\, better known by his stage name R.A. the Rugged Man\, is an American rapper. He began his music career at age 12\, building a reputation locally for his lyrical skills. After a nine-label bidding war for his services\, R.A. signed to major label Jive Records at age 18. Eventually R.A. and the label parted ways. His first album\, Night of the Bloody Apes\, was never released. \nSince then\, he has worked with the likes of Mobb Deep\, Wu-Tang Clan\, Kool G Rap\, and Notorious B.I.G\, as well as producers Erick Sermon\, Trackmasters\, DJ Quik\, The Alchemist\, J-Zone\, and Ayatollah. He was featured on all three of Rawkus’s Soundbombing albums\, as well as the platinum-selling WWF Aggression album. After a brief stint on Capitol Records (during which he recorded another unreleased album\, American Lowlife)\, R.A. signed with independent label Nature Sounds and released his official debut\, Die\, Rugged Man\, Die. In 2013\, R.A. released his second album\, Legends Never Die. The album was released on April 30\, 2013 by Nature Sounds. \nLyte\nWebsite: http://psychopathicrecords.com/Artists\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/monstarLyte\nTwitter: @lyte_official\nInstagram: @lyte_official \nThe newest addition to the Psychopathic Records roster for 2017\, Lyte comes to the label with an already well established fanbase built upon his his exhilarating and energetic live performances — a wicked blend of chopper-like rhymes and banging beats teamed with an unmistakable stage presence. He has toured with such acts as Critical Bill\, Project Born\, Motown Rage\, and Twiztid. Lyte released his first mixtape (“Follow the Lyte) in 2014 and is readying his debut album for Psychopathic Records for its release in mid-2017. A multitalented performer\, songwriter\, and producer\, Lyte is certain to illuminate the underground rap world in 2017. \nOuija\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/FuccOuija \nWeb Three\nWebsite: http://webthree.net\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/webthreemusic\nTwitter: @WebThreeMusic\nInstagram: @webthree \nWay more than just a rock/rap fusion outfit\, Web Three Music is its own genre. It’s a “work hard\, party hard” ethos mixed with social commentary\, hard-hitting beats\, live instruments\, witty lyrics\, and an undertone that urges listeners to be themselves. Web Three is “Do You” music\, blending genres from hip hop to rock\, with a touch of electro and soul. Having shared the stage with such artists as HED (p.e.)\, Twista\, Project Pat\, and Rehab\, the band has developed a dedicated fan base and a close-knit family like following which fills venues. Web Three’s sound has been compared to Linkin Park\, The Beastie Boys\, and Rage Against the Machine… It’s up to you to decide for yourself. \nWeb Three’s name derives from his initials. Born William E. Bachelor III\, Web is a charismatic rapper who is a self-described one-man mosh pit of style and a hip-hop fiend. He blends a natural gift for verse with a “f— it” attitude\, making him the MC that stands out in a field of regurgitating one-offs. Equally important is his supporting cast. The incessantly joking Dita Von Bloom functions as the band’s hype man and second vocalist. Mike Dickson\, the band’s guitarist\, brings live instrumentation and adds energy to the already amped-up shows. Demonic theatrics are embodied by Ratt. The soft-spoken DJ Needlez runs the sequencing and turntables during the live show. \nThe lyrical flow has variety and is effortless. The music is firm and thick. The entire sound is full yet rageful. The complementary releases of the harder album “Do You\,” and the more introspective “Loss\, Love\, and The New Normal” featuring Kaaren Styles\, taken together present a complete range of talent that showcases the true depth of Web Three.

SUMMARY:Front 242: Exclusive Florida Show + Nina Belief + Mystic Bill - Miami - 9/21/17
DESCRIPTION:Heroes Live Entertainment & Radio-Active Records present Front 242: Exclusive Florida Show: Circling Overland North America 2017 with Nina Belief (Live) & DJ Mystic Bill @ The Ground at Club Space in Miami. \n\nTickets: http://ticketfly.com/event/1463099\n\nhttps://heroesliveent.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/Front242-headhunterlong.mp4\n\nFront 242 \nFront 242’s entire history was clearly defined from the start when\, in 1981\, Daniel B. laid out his ideas on the first single : Body to Body. Following the recruitment of Patrick Codenys-keyboards\, and Jean-Luc De Meyer-vocals in 1982 for the first album GEOGRAPHY. In 1983\, Richard 23 joins and completes the band as stage performer and vocalist. \nA year later\, the project / band developed and quickly reached a specialised audience in Europe. Successive tours and records are logical conclusions of the same concept of electro induced energy music. At the same time\, the band already provided for its needs by having their own recording and graphic units. Wax Trax! from Chicago is interested in Front 242; they sign what will be their first US release : the EP “Take One” (1984) \nIn 1985\, the band played for the first time in large European festivals and flew to the US for some dates. They were soon tagged as a very powerful live group\, and this form of music continues to spread across Europe under the monitor of “Electronic Body Music” which is the term Front 242 used to described the music they have invented. It is a collage\, a synthesis of music and sound\, recycled from the media or TV; and Front’s own interpretation of other artistic disciplines. \n1988 saw the release of “ Front By Front ” (including Headhunter and Welcome to Paradise) which placed the band onto most of the covers of the European rock press\, and made Front 242 a well-known name in the United States via the Wax Trax! record label. \nFront’s vision continued toward fuller maturity. The world drastically changed since 1991’s “ Tyranny For You“ album\, and the members of the group moved with it. The two albums\, “ 06:21:03:11 Up Evil “ and “05:22:09:12 OFF “ broke through the classical Front formula to bring in new vocalists\, live guitars and drums. Andy Wallace (Nirvana\, Sonic Youth) was called in to mix the album in Front’s studio. Released in 1993\, the project showed the scope of radical invention and attitude\, that goes hand in hand with Front 242’s music. These releases also allowed them to enjoy the wider reaches a major label could offer\, including a summer on the 1993 Lollapalooza tour. \nTaking a two year sabbatical didn’t stop Front from moving. It enabled them to realize two attractive CD’s: “Live Code”\, recorded during their last world tour\, brings to the forefront the power of the group’s live performance and sound and “Mut@ge – Mix@ge”. \nThe compilation-album “Mut@ge-Mix@ge” proposed The Prodigy\, The Orb\, Underworld\, Rico Conning\, and Front 242 all on the same record. More than a “remix” album\, all the tracks\, enriched by the innovative mixes of the other artists involved\, and each dealing with different levels of technology\, have been reedited in a specific order by Front 242 to provide a successful continuity of enveloping atmospheres and rhythms. \nAfter a long absence\, they releasesd the EP “Still & Raw” and the Album “Pulse”. Based on an aesthetic from the 70’s and 80’s\, when the roots of todays electronic music were influenced by German bands \, Front 242 re-invented their original sound that was at the center of their art and enriched by 20 years of experience. Analogue technologies and vintage machines pulsing into deconstructed tracks where emotion and research leads to a purely electronic attitude. The band toured the states in 2005 before disappearing from the US… until the legendary Wax Trax Retrospectacle concert brought them back in 2011. \nNow\, after several side projects and European tours\, Front 242 are spending the year performing all over the world for their “CIRCLING OVERLAND 2017 TOUR\, including the 12-date North American leg in September and October. \nFront 242\, an unpredictable band\, surprises the old and new audiences – while continuing to make the link with today’s music… with no concessions to their integrity. \nWebsite: http://front242.com/ \nFacebook: http://facebook.com/Front.242\nInstagram: @front242official \nSupport: \nMystic Bill\n(Children Of The Box\, Crimes Of The Future\, Snuff Trax)\nWebsite: http://residentadvisor.net/dj/mysticbill\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/Mystic-Bill-182470288517294/\nTwitter: @MysticBillDJ\nInstagram: @mysticbill \nA leading proponent of the classic Chicago house and Detroit techno sounds. \nBill’s introduction to the dance music scene began in Miami during the mid eighties. Armed with a fake ID he would frequent local clubs and after hour spots in town. It wasn’t until Bill landed a job at Flamingo Record Pool (run by Bill Kelly of WMC fame) that he discovered house music. Bill remembers when promos with house & acid mixes started arriving from Chicago. He felt so in tune with what was happening that he needed to be there. He finally made his move in 1988 after frequent visits. Shortly after he began to play clubs and loft parties around the city. His first residency was at the “Shelter Nightclub” w/ Johnny Fiasco. He later moved to “The Vault” with Derrick Carter & Mark Farina\, as well as “Normandy’s” with Ralphie Rosario. He currently frequents clubs like Panorama Bar in Berlin and also plays at other select destinations around the world. \nHis studio work began with a remix of Kay Ladrae’s “Lack Of Love” with Vince Lawrence & Karr Krash on Demand Records. More of his earlier production work can be found on labels such as Trax\, Relief\, & Clubhouse just to name a few.\nBill has recently created a buzz with “ U Won’t C Me ” which has been licensed four times this year\, as well as a re-release of his Acid House classic “Take Me Back” (featuring a Ricardo Villalobos remix). Upcoming releases include remixes of Kiddy Smile – Teardrops In The Box on Defected records\, an EP of unreleased material on Crimes Of The Future\, as well as a string of releases that are due out this spring. \nNina Belief\nWebsite: http://no-emb-blanc.com/artist/nina-belief\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/Nina.Belief \nNina Belief is a solo female electronic act based in Miami\, focusing on the genres of minimal synth and dark electro. The Iranian born Tushna Pirrongelli originally began making music in 2004 with no prior knowledge or training. After discovering the world of analog synthesizers and drum machines\, she began making music under the duo act Ronin/Kernkrach Records. The project eventually halted in 2008 and gave way for her to focus a solo music path. \nIn 2009\, she released her first 10” LP with Genetic/No-em-blanc titled “System of Belief” containing the track Identity Crisis. In 2013\, she released her first full length LP “Shivers” also on No-em-blanc records. A one off 7″ was also released on Flexiwave. Tushna has also been involved with several side projects including works with ADN Ckrystall\, The Faceless 50 (with Geert Coppens of Twighlight Ritual)\, 65 Roses (unreleased to date) and Equinoxious. \nLately\, she’s been clawing her way through the underground live circuit\, always playing with an all analog setup of synthesizers and drum machines.

Ferraro was nicknamed Junior in his early years and\, inspired by his love of jazz\, added the name of his favorite musical genre to complete his moniker. His early musical influence and experience was gleaned while performing in his local church choir. He met producer Lennie Hibbert who helped the young singer to polish his musical skills\, although the duo did not record together owing to Junior Jazz’s resettlement in New York\, USA. On his arrival in the Bronx\, Junior Jazz’s connection with Hibbert resulted in him being recruited to accompany visiting Jamaican artists including\, Beres Hammond\, Gregory Isaacs\, Judy Mowatt and the Mighty Diamonds. While supporting the cream of Jamaica’s recording industry Junior Jazz resolved to perform in his own right and formed his own local reggae band. In 1991\, as a soloist\, Junior Jazz recorded the George Benson hit\, ‘The Greatest Love Of All’\, which was featured on a Japanese reggae compilation. His interpretation of the song proved especially popular in the Far East. Through to 1997 Junior Jazz developed his career by performing at the renown S.O.B.’s nightspot\, where a representative of Vincent Chin invited him to record his album debut. The release resulted in him being nominated in four categories at the Tamika Reggae Awards and global touring alongside artists such as Bunny Wailer\, Buju Banton\, Beenie Man and Shabba Ranks. SUMMARY:An Evening With Draco Rosa - Miami - 5/13/17
DESCRIPTION:Heroes Live Entertainment presents An Evening With Draco Rosa @ Flamingo Theater at The Four Ambassadors Building in Miami. \n\nTickets: http://ticketfly.com/event/1405794\n\nhttps://heroesliveent.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/Draco-Miami-FL.mp4\n\nAn Evening With Draco Rosa showcases a softer side of the multiple-time GRAMMY and Latin GRAMMY winning musician’s repertoire. The intimate tour will unveil new tracks from his forthcoming project. \nDraco Rosa\, aka Robi Draco Rosa\, or simply Draco\, is a multiple-time Grammy and Latin Grammy winning American-born Puerto Rican musician\, singer\, songwriter\, composer\, multi-instrumentalist\, dancer\, record producer and entrepreneur. \nBorn in Long Island\, NY\, Draco was raised surrounded by an eclectic mélange of musical tastes: from his mother’s affinity to the rock of the Beatles\, Led Zeppelin\, the Who and the funk-ridden R&B of the seventies\, to his father’s propensity toward salsa—not just any salsa\, but\, as Rosa puts it\, “the dark\, aggressive kind.” At a young age\, his family moved him to Puerto Rico\, where he became a member of the increasingly popular band Menudo in the 1980s. \nAfter leaving the band he moved to Brazil where he released two albums\, achieving mainstream success. Afterwards he moved to California and formed the band Maggie’s Dream\, which split after only one album\, allowing him to resume his solo career. The singer and composer has released several studio and experimental albums\, and has composed/produced multiple songs for major artists. \nIn 1996 he released the critically acclaimed Latin alternative rock album Vagabundo produced by Phil Manzanera\, just before helping launch Ricky Martin’s musical career into a new global setting with the album “Vuelve”. Rosa wrote and produced various of Martin’s hit singles including “Maria”\, “Living La Vida Loca”\, “La Copa De La Vida”\, “She Bangs”\, among many others. \nPhantom Vox Studios\, Rosa’s own multi-media recording studio worked as Music Supervisor for Livin’ the Life\, an independent movie that won the Best Film Award in the 1999 New York Latin Film Fest. The studio filmed and edited the video for “Commitment #4\,” a track Draco composed and recorded in dedication to the freedom of the island of Vieques\, a municipality of Puerto Rico. \nIn April 2011\, Rosa was diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma. This kept Rosa in a hiatus for a few years until his return in March 2012\, when he started recording his award winning album “Vida” along side artists such as Juan Luis Guerra\, Rubén Blades\, Enrique Bunbury among others. In December 2012\, he was declared cancer-free. After a very successful “Vida” tour in 2013\, on December 9\, 2013\, his cancer had relapsed and was later overcome\, becoming cancer free once again after a second (alogenic) bone marrow transplant. \nTaking some time off to ground himself in his native Puerto Rico\, Draco took advantage of this new awakening to write “El Secreto de La Vida A Base de Plantas” \, with friend and renown nutritionist Nina Niessen. The book became an Amazon.com Top Seller in 2015\, and a must read in Alternative Medicine literature. Also\, Phantom Vox\, his legendary recording studio\, was relocated from Los Angeles to his 100 acre estate in Puerto Rico\, ‘Hacienda Horizonte’\, where his coffee brand “Café Horizonte” became a premium export brand\, acknowledged among national and international coffee growers. \nIn recent months\, Draco created a new local coffee brand in Puerto Rico called “Draco Rosa 100% Cafe de Puerto Rico” which directly impacts the local economy by increasing employment on the island and contributing to the growth of local coffee farming. He also created the Vox Forte Alliance\, a foundation that strives to educate\, create awareness and give support to stem cell transplant patients. He also sponsors the island’s Museo de Arte\, Museo de Arte Contemporáneo\, and set up an annual scholarship for outstanding students at Puerto Rico’s Music Conservatory. \nWebsite: http://phvx.com\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/dracorosaoficial\nTwitter: http://twitter.com/dracorosa\nInstagram: http://instagram.com/mrblake

SUMMARY:Nouvelle Vague - Miami Beach - 3/29/17
DESCRIPTION:Heroes Live Entertainment presents Nouvelle Vague with special guest Liset Alea @ North Beach Bandshell in Miami Beach. \n\nTickets: http://ticketfly.com/event/1405731\n\nhttps://heroesliveent.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/NV-dancelong.mp4\n\nBossa Nova = Nouvelle Vague = New Wave. \nThis transliteration was the starting point for Marc Collin and Olivier Libaux’s unique project\, which\, by appropriating the punk and post-punk cannon and running it through the Bossa Nova filter\, reinvented the cover band genre\, revealing new and brilliant talents along the way: Camille\, Phoebe Killdeer (whose Fade Out Lines was remixed by The Avener\,) Élodie Frégé\, Mélanie Pain\, and\, soon\, Liset Alea. \nThe gambit paid off\, with sales of over one million records over four albums released between 2004 and 2010\, and world tours that included stops at venues such as London’s Royal Albert Hall\, L.A.’s Hollywood Bowl and Paris’ Olympia. \nSince 2011\, Nouvelle Vague had stopped recording\, focusing on an innovative live show created in collaboration with the mythical Jean-Charles de Castelbajac (Ceremony and Dawn Of Innocence\,) and branching out into different projects: Olivier’s Uncovered Queen of the Stone Age\, and Marc’s Bristol\, along with his Kwaidan label. \nThe time seems right to write a new chapter in the Nouvelle Vague saga: with a new album “I Could Be Happy” and live show\, the band and its coterie of female vocalists continue their time travels with a renewed alegria. \nWebsite: http://nouvellevaguemusic.com\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/nouvellevagueofficial\nTwitter: http://twitter.com/nouvellesvagues\nInstagram: http://instagram.com/nouvellesvagues \nSupport: \nLiset Alea\nWebsite: http://soundcloud.com/lisetalea\nFacebook: http://facebook.com/LisetAlea\nTwitter: http://twitter.com/LisetAlea\nInstagram: http://instagram.com/lisetalea \nLiset Alea has lived a thousand lives. Born in Havana to an impulsive country man who was working in Fidel Castro’s kitchen and from whom he often stole the occasional piece of meat for the family and a literature major mother who had published some of her erotic poetry. At an early age\, she already mastered the art of escape\, the immigrant’s task of learning how to leave behind one’s home\, family\, friends\, language\, comforts and survive in an unfamiliar place. \nAt 15 she began to study the voice with America Crespo\, a Cuban opera legend and Musical Theater at Miami’s New World School of the Arts. At 19 she moves to New York\, a waitress by night\, she enters the New School Jazz Conservatory for Vocal Jazz and buys her first guitar. She becomes the front woman of the electronic band Etro Anime\, co-writes their 1st album which is released through V2. After witnessing the fall of the World Trade Center\, she leaves the United States to Amsterdam with the band. They embark upon a tour supporting Kosheen and later Llorca where she meets Alexkid with whom she writes and records ‘Come with Me’ on his “Mint” album. “Come with Me” becomes an instant electro club and radio hit and she joins Alexkid’s band for a 46 dates European tour.\nSeduced by the European way of life\, she settles in London for a while\, travels to Milan\, Athens\, Madrid\, Berlin for songwriting sessions\, many of these collaborations entered the charts in their respective country. \nWhile not on the road she starts working on what will become “Heart- Headed”\, her new album co-produced alongside by Marc Collin. Months in the making\, “Heart-Headed” displays a balance of craft and emotion and exhibits the refined craftsmanship of her writing. \nHer voice\, reminiscent at times of Jennifer Charles (Elysian Fields)\, Marianne Faithful or even a Cuban Lana del Rey\, is set against string and flute arrangements\, vintage synthesizers and urgent guitars. \nThe first single “Hunter & Tiger”\, heralds “Heart-Headed” as an album that comes straight from the heart but remains grounded in the early rock’n’roll era echoing Wanda Jackson’s Hard Headed woman.\n‘Alea Jacta Est’\, The die is cast; the future is hers on “Heart-Headed”.
