The Hails “What’s Your Motive Tour” + Cannibal Kids – Miami – 9/30/23
Heroes Live Entertainment presents The Hails + Cannibal Kids on Saturday, September 30th, 2023 @ The Ground at Club Space in Miami. Join us for their homecoming show on the What’s Your Motive Tour!
EARLY SHOW! 8:00PM (Doors) | 8:30PM (Show) | 18+
Following a string of encounters too strange to be coincidence, Robbie Kingsley, Franco Solari, Dylan McCue, Andre Escobar, and Zach Levy came together to form The Hails. Despite first playing in an insular Miami high school music scene, the band officially formed at the University of Florida in Gainesville, turning the tattered carpeting and beer bottle-lined shelves of their shitty college house into a distinct, refined sound that is now synonymous with their name.
After graduation, the group made the pilgrimage back to their home of Miami, the city that directly influenced the sound of their early shimmering singles “Younger” and “Stay”, debut EP He Seems Upset (2020), and the subsequent Alive in Strange Ways (2021). Recent highlights of the road include holding court at festivals including WonderStruck, Okeechobee, and Playground, interspersed between sold-out shows across the state of Florida. The first half of 2022 also saw The Hails join WILLIS for West and East Coast dates.
Firing the starting pistol of their next chapter, The Hails released “Exonerate” in October 2022, ushering in a flood of editorial praise from Billboard, Consequence, EARMILK, and many others excited by the direction the Miami five-piece is headed in. The same weekend as the single’s release, The Hails took it to the stage of Miami’s infamous III Points Festival, winning the crowd’s energy over with a track that had only been out for 24 hours.
In 2023 The Hails plan to release singles building towards a forthcoming debut album, and will continue to build their touring history starting with a southeastern run of shows with The Happy Fits and The Beaches.

Rooting South Florida, Damian Gutierrez (Vocals, Rhythm Guitar), Dustin Diaz (Lead Guitar), and Luke Faulkingham (Drums) have proven themselves to be excellent songwriters, competent producers, and show-stopping performers. Gathering major support in Miami with their refreshing tropical-pop sound, enthralling vocal melodies, infectious guitar riffs, and dancey grooves they’ve left their impact on the music scene and beyond. After getting signed to Shaemax Records in 2016, the band has put out several hit singles like “Troubled Mind”, “Love Girl” and “Voicemail” which have all peaked on college radio and streamed millions of times collectively. The band has been on nationwide tours and shared the main stage with Young the Giant, Knox Hamilton, Chelsea Cutler, and many more. Head Automatica: Exclusive Florida Show – Miami – 6/21/23
Heroes Live Entertainment presents Head Automatica **Exclusive Florida Show** on Wednesday, June 21st, 2023 @ Gramps in Miami. Rain or shine.
Head Automatica is back! The power pop band formed by Glassjaw vocalist Daryl Palumbo in 2003 hasn’t played live in over a decade. This will be the band’s warm-up show prior to their upcoming festival dates. Special guests Love Tempo + Staircase Spirit.
7:00PM (Doors) | 7:30PM (Show) | 18+
Head Automatica is the somewhat unlikely pairing of vocalist Daryl Palumbo (of New York City’s hardcore outfit Glassjaw) and producer Dan the Automator (aka Dan Nakamura of Gorillaz, Handsome Boy Modeling School). Introduced by mutual friends, the duo began work on their debut, aiming for a sound somewhere in between the Automator‘s beats and squiggles and Palumbo’s penchant for rock and punk. When Decadence appeared in late summer 2004, its groove was just that — a bright and trashy mix of electronics and rock & roll, the kind of thing for which late nights were made. Palumbo and Automator put together a road band and toured in support of the record, sharing shows with such disparate acts as Lostprophets, Thrice, Interpol, and the Rapture along the way. However, Palumbo’s ongoing battle with Crohn’s disease, which the singer suffered from since childhood, continued to give him problems while on the road; various tour dates had to be canceled as he spent time in hospitals to receive treatment.
The frontman continued to relapse as work on Head Automatica’s sophomore effort began; his sickness persisted during the bulk of the recording process. The band — now comprised of Palumbo, drummer Larry Gorman (ex-Glassjaw), bassist Jarvis Morgan Holden (ex-Give Up the Ghost), guitarist Craig Bonich, and keyboardist Jessie Nelson — enlisted the talents of producer Howard Benson to help create an album with a “bright, crisp sound.” The resulting Popaganda was issued in June 2006. It proved to be an aptly named album that, without Dan the Automator around, largely lacked the electronics of Decadence, instead boasting a relatively more straightforward guitar sound largely influenced by late-’70s pop. A subsequent summer tour was spent opening for Taking Back Sunday alongside Angels and Airwaves and the Subways.

A Flock of Seagulls + Strangelove-The Depeche Mode Experience – Tampa – 1/14/24
Heroes Live Entertainment presents A Flock of Seagulls with special guest Strangelove–The Depeche Mode Experience on Sunday, January 14, 2024 @ The RITZ Ybor in Tampa, Florida.
Sunday, January 14, 2024 | 7:00PM (Doors) | 8:00PM (Show) | All Ages
As well-known for their bizarrely teased haircuts as their hit single “I Ran (So Far Away),” A Flock of Seagulls was one of the MTV video rotation staples of the new wave era. Growing out of the synth-heavy and ruthlessly stylish new Romantic Movement, the group benefitted considerably from MTV’s heavy rotation of the “I Ran” video in the summer of 1982. Mike Score’s outrageous hairstyle is forever embedded in pop culture.
Hits include:
“TELECOMMUNICATION”
“I RAN (SO FAR AWAY)”
“WISHING (IF I HAD A PHOTOGRAPH OF YOU)”
“SPACE AGE LOVE SONG”
“THE MORE YOU LIVE, THE MORE YOU LOVE”
“MODERN LOVE IS AUTOMATIC”
and more!
A Flock of Seagulls
Los Angeles based Strangelove-The DEPECHE MODE Experience delivers a career-spanning, pitch-perfect “best of” concert that transports the listener through time and touches on several key points in Depeche Mode’s 40+ year career. Songs from throughout the Depeche canon are lovingly recreated; from favorites on DM’s debut Speak and Spell to the newest fare from ‘Mode’s latest- 2017’s “Spirit”. No detail of STRANGELOVE’s presentation has been overlooked. The visual presentation with stage set pieces and in-show costume changes reflect different eras of Depeche Mode’s story.
DEPECHE MODE’S MARTIN GORE ON STRANGELOVE-THE DEPECHE MODE EXPERIENCE:
“They do it to such fine detail that’s it’s scary. They play to very big crowds. They have videos that they’ve made, screens behind them, it’s like a full on production. I think they are fulfilling a fan’s needs by being there when we are not on tour. Keeping the fans satiated while we’re taking a break.”
The Ocean Blue: Exclusive Florida Show – Miami – 11/10/23
Heroes Live Entertainment presents indie-pop legends The Ocean Blue in The Magic City on Friday, November 10th, 2023 @ The Ground at Club Space in Miami for an EXCLUSIVE FLORIDA SHOW! Special guests JAIALAI and celebrated Miami DJ Carlos Menendez (Fire & Ice, Backdoor, The Church) will get things started.
7:00PM (GA Doors) | 7:30PM (Show) | 5:30 (VIP Doors) | 18+
The Ocean Blue arrived as the 1980s drew to a close, and their debut record on the famed Sire Records label in 1989 seemed to summarize the best of the musical decade. The band of four teenagers from Hershey, Pennsylvania quickly achieved widespread acclaim and radio & MTV airplay, with top 10 Modern Rock/College Radio hits like Between Something and Nothing and Drifting, Falling. They followed their debut release with the subtle and atmospheric Cerulean, which included perhaps their most beloved song, Ballerina Out of Control, and followed that with their highest charting pop album Beneath the Rhythm and Sound and the single Sublime, featuring a video of the band in the sublime landscape of Iceland. The band’s fourth record for Mercury/PolyGram, See The Ocean Blue, was a departure to a more guitar rock sound of the 60s and 70s, but with the band’s 80s DNA peeking through. After a busy decade of recording and touring, the band left the majors in the late 90s. Several independent releases and related touring followed in the 2000s, including 2000’s Davy Jones Locker and 2004’s Waterworks EP, and some wider international touring. In 2013, after much anticipation, the band released their first full-length record in over 10 years, Ultramarine, on Korda Records, a Minneapolis-based label cooperative label the band helped launch that same year. The record was a welcome return for fans of the band and a younger generation of fans and garnered widespread praise as one of their very best albums. In 2015, the band worked with Sire and Rhino Records to reissue their first 3 Sire albums on vinyl. The band marked the occasion by performing the first 2 albums in their entirety at limited concerts throughout the U.S. In 2016, the band did a whole South American Tour where some of their most passionate fans reside.
The band has returned with their signature dream pop sound on the beautifully powerful Kings and Queens / Knaves and Thieves on Korda Records.

Vision Video **FREE SHOW**- Miami Beach – 3/3/23
Heroes Live Entertainment presents Vision Video (Athens, GA) “Haunted Hours Tour” with Secret Shame (NC) + Obsidian + DJ Rippin Kittin on Friday, March 3, 2023 @ Kill Your Idol in Miami Beach.
FREE EVENT!!! GET YOUR RSVPS IN!
*Limited capacity. Please arrive early.
This is the debut Miami show for the Goth-pop band from Athens, Georgia. Special guests: Secret Shame (NC), Obsidian, and DJ Rippin Kittin. There will be plenty of dancing in the dark all night long.
As an active paramedic, firefighter, and veteran of the war in Afghanistan, Vision Video lead Dusty Gannon has seen more horror in real life than in the classic movies he draws inspiration from. When not saving lives on the front-line, Dusty dons torn fishnets, combat boots and makeup to play post-punk that recalls the genre’s heyday when the lines between goth and pop blurred to create some of the underground’s most beloved acts such as The Cure, The Smiths and Joy Division. But hidden within Vision Video’s catchy hooks and dancy beats is a nostalgic yet desperate message exploring the darker undertones of our existence.
“Brilliant weavings of the sound that has made Joy Division and The Cure so loved” – The Big Takeover
“Vision Video are blessed with a singer whose voice soars instead of sulks. And when he blends his with that of keyboardist Emily Fredock, the group exhibits a radiance that distinguishes them from fellow black-lipstick aficionados.” – Pitchfork
The Skatalites + Dubwise – Miami – 1/27/23
Heroes Live Entertainment presents legendary band The Skatalites LIVE on Friday, January 27, 2023 @ The Ground at Club Space in Miami. Ska, Rocksteady, Reggae…it all began with…THE SKATALITES! Support: Dubwise Miami. “Expect guests on stage for this one: it will be epic. ⚡️“ -The Skatalites
WDNA Radio Spot:
2023 marks the 59th Anniversary of The Skatalites. The original members played on hundreds of recording sessions before forming the band in 1964. Backing most of the vocalists in Jamaica at that time, including Bob Marley, Toots and The Maytals, Jimmy Cliff, Alton Ellis, Ken Boothe, and many more, The Skatalites secured their place in musical history early on. After disbanding in 1965, the individual members continued playing in various groups as the music evolved from ska to rocksteady to reggae.
In 1983, The Skatalites reunited to play Reggae Sunsplash in Montego Bay and subsequently in London at The Crystal Palace for the U.K version of The Sunsplash event. A few years later they began emigrating to the U.S.A and in 1986 the first US shows began at The Village Gate in NYC. The band supported Bunny Wailer on The Liberation Tour in 1989 and followed it up in 1990 embarking on their first-ever headline tour of The U.S.A. The Skatalites have not stopped touring the world ever since and continue to be available for festivals, casinos, and intimate venue settings. Their unique infectious brand of authentic Jamaican ska excites audiences of all ages across the globe year after year.
“We hope you will enjoy listening to our music as much as we enjoy performing it for you.”
