Violent Vickie is a Dark SynthRiot artist and DJ, originally from Los Angeles and now based in West Palm Beach, FL. Vickie has toured with Hanin Elias of Atari Teenage Riot and shared the stage with Pastel Ghost, Trans X, Missing Persons,  Assemblage 23, and Them Are Us Too.  Violent Vickie recently played Absolution Fest where she shared the stage with Traitrs, Vision Video, and Creux Lies.

Vickie has been featured in Post Punk, EDM Joy, Medium, and Curve Magazine.  Vickie’s tracks have been selected for Fresh on the Net (UK) and she recently released a DJ mix for Rinse France. Vickie has toured the US, Europe, Mexico and Canada and played Occupy Oakland, Insted Fest, Shoutback Fest, Gay Prides & Ladyfests.

Violent Vickie’s music has been released by Crunch Pod (LA), Emerald & Doreen Recordings (Berlin), Riot Grrrl Berlin, and LoveCraft Bar (PDX). Her track “The Wolf“ was featured in a National Organization for Women film. She was interviewed for the documentary “GRRRL”, part of the museum exhibit “Alien She”. Her LP “Monster Alley” was voted best album by KALX and her tracks have been remixed by 30+ artists.

Vickie’s sophomore LP Division was released in September 2020 on Crunch Pod, a remix album for her song “Under the Gun” was released in February 2021 on Emerald & Doreen Recordings, and she released Division Remixes LP in 2022 featuring remixes by Fragrance, Kontravoid, Dimension 23, and Maduro.

Josh Scogin kickstarted his small band with the big sound in 2013, naming the two-man outfit he modestly undersells as “a little rock, a little blues, a little hardcore” after his father’s old Camaro. And there’s a muscle car-sized rumble beneath the hood of what the Atlanta, Georgia native and his percussive partner-in-crime, Nikko Yamada, unleash with an array of guitar, bass, drums, keys, and pedals, careening between swinging barnburners, wild haymakers, and moody atmosphere.

The passion, the hunger, the good humor, it all connects with diverse crowds. Austin is known as the music capital of the world — and Urban Heat is one of its greatest exports. The band, formed only five years ago as the brainchild of singer/multi-instrumentalist Jonathan Horstmann, has quickly become known for their fiery live shows and infectious darkwave anthems that harken back to the ‘80s with a modern sensibility. Powered by the magnetic Horstmann’s melodic baritone vocals & the pummeling rhythm section of Kevin Naquin and Paxel Foley, UH has won over fans show by show.

Appearances at major California festivals like Cruel World and Darker Waves saw Urban Heat play to their biggest audiences, with their set pointed as one of the best of the day. At home, Urban Heat has long been the talk of SXSW & graced the stage of the Austin City Limits Festival.

SUMMORE is a synth-pop/darkwave duo from central Ohio. Julie (vocals / lyrics) and Justin (synth / production) weave their hearts into a sound that is brooding and hypnotic. Their brighter sounds are often laced with hidden meanings and other interpretations just beneath the surface. Their darkest and most bleak tracks have trickles of optimism that create a balance that opens them to a state of meditation, self-reflection, and healing.

In September 2022, after playing to a packed house at an intimate venue in Columbus, they stopped for a late night bite. As they sat parked, a drunk driver lost control, became airborne, and hit them like a missile. The impact blasted the car from one side of the parking lot to the other within a second. In an instant, their lives were changed but one stayed the same: their dedication and love for creating music.

They have not stopped. In spite of everything, they found enough strength through their recovery to chronicle their harrowing experience on their second LP, New Pain. Despite their long-term physical and emotional injuries, they continue to persevere in their musical journey.

We’ve only just begun.

Pity Party (Girls Club) is the moniker of American artist/ musician/ singer/ songwriter Julian Isaac A. The project was formed in 2014 in the Inland Empire region of Southern California when Juianwas just a sophomore in high school. Later that year the “Tired” EP was released and had much success on the internet. Following that came projects like “Healing Process” and “I’m Sorry I’m like this” which produced some of Pity Party (Girls Club)’s best work including hit songs “Yellow” and “I Hope You’re Doing Okay” . Growing in popularity fans impatiently waited for another album but didn’t get another one for about 4 years . In 2022 Pity Party (Girls Club) finally released his/their 3rd studio album titled “Hard Times/Bad Trips” with popular tracks like “I Hope That u Think of me” (which already has accumulated over 2 million streams on Spotify) and “Me and You”. As you get to know the quartet, it’s impossible not to be charmed by the band members’ goofy antics, balanced by their profound dedication to musical growth. Vision Video is a post-punk goth rock band from Athens, Georgia that injects modern malaise into classic sounds of the late 70’s and 80’s. The band pays homage to classics like the Chameleons and The Cure, while also bringing a refreshing modern element to the genre.

Thematically their music explores the effects of trauma on the human psyche and finding stability and agency in an insane world. Having served in Afghanistan with the army and as a firefighter in the civilian world, lead singer and guitarist Dusty Gannon is no stranger to the darker proclivities of humanity and death itself. “I wanted to write music that helped people remember that it’s okay to not be okay, but that also doesn’t shy away from taking a stern look at the darker aspects of our flawed human existence.” says Gannon.

The band’s first two records were met with much critical praise, such as that from Pitchfork stating they created a “dreamy tune tailor-made for the sort of wallflower who sprints to the dancefloor the instant the DJ drops “Age of Consent” or “Primary” at Goth Night”. Their debut LP “Inked in Red” and second LP “Haunted Hours”, were recorded and mixed by Tom Ashton of The March Violets at his Sub Von Studios in Athens, Georgia.

Vision Video recorded their next LP “Modern Horror” at Maze Studios in Atlanta headed by Grammy award-winning producer Ben Allen.

DJ / Drummer from Miami Florida, DJ Dino has been a staple in the South Florida music scene, and a proponent of all wave and dark electronic music since the mid 80s and into the more recent revival scene. Dino is behind the long-time running show SYNTHOLOGY 101 Radio, and has taken up residency at Miami’s dark underground party “Malicia Goth Nights”, making it one of the hottest monthly events in the South Florida Goth Scene. Here is where he serves his latest discoveries and the most cutting edge in goth, minimal synth, upperwave, post punk revival, darkwave, EBM, italo, and resurrected obscure coffin classics for the baby bats and darks alike. As a side note, Dino (formerly of Formula Redux) is the current drummer for Nutrix Recordings and Mannequin Records recording artist “Life In Sodom”, who were a big part of the golden age of Goth music in the 1990s, and have been actively releasing music since 1991.

Marked by its androgynous visual identity, eerie themes, and melancholic synth pop, Drab Majesty is a project led by Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter Andrew Clinco, who records under the alter ego Deb DeMure. Mixing the sonic aesthetic of early 4AD artists with elements of goth and new wave, Clinco issued a scattering of indie releases before signing with DAIS Records. After 2015’s Careless, he was joined by collaborator Alex Nicolaou (aka Mona D) on subsequent releases including 2017’s mass suicide-themed concept album The Demonstration and 2019’s dense, synth-driven Modern Mirror. Drab Majesty returned in 2023 with the four-song mini-album An Object in Motion which featured a collaboration with Slowdive’s Rachel Goswell.

Following a string of encounters too strange to be coincidence, Robbie Kingsley, Franco Solari, Dylan McCue, Andre Escobar, and Zach Levy came together to form The Hails. Despite first playing in an insular Miami high school music scene, the band officially formed at the University of Florida in Gainesville, turning the tattered carpeting and beer bottle-lined shelves of their shitty college house into a distinct, refined sound that is now synonymous with their name.

After graduation, the group made the pilgrimage back to their home of Miami, the city that directly influenced the sound of their early shimmering singles “Younger” and “Stay”, debut EP He Seems Upset (2020), and the subsequent Alive in Strange Ways (2021). Recent highlights of the road include holding court at festivals including WonderStruck, Okeechobee, and Playground, interspersed between sold-out shows across the state of Florida. The first half of 2022 also saw The Hails join WILLIS for West and East Coast dates.

Firing the starting pistol of their next chapter, The Hails released “Exonerate” in October 2022, ushering in a flood of editorial praise from Billboard, Consequence, EARMILK, and many others excited by the direction the Miami five-piece is headed in. The same weekend as the single’s release, The Hails took it to the stage of Miami’s infamous III Points Festival, winning the crowd’s energy over with a track that had only been out for 24 hours.

In 2023 The Hails plan to release singles building towards a forthcoming debut album, and will continue to build their touring history starting with a southeastern run of shows with The Happy Fits and The Beaches.

Formed in the 4th grade, Never Ending Fall (NEF) is an indie-rock band comprised of lead singer and guitarist Jack Miller, drummer Tommy StClair, guitarist and keyboardist Conrad Boyd, guitarist Pearce Eisenhardt, and bassist Johnny Hohman. The Maryland natives’ repertoire combines sounds ranging from heavy-hitting alt-rock to funky basslines to lighter, electric feel-good melodies. The REMYZ is a modern alternative rock band infused with funk, blues, and R&B. With a lineup comprising of Avery Davis, Oscar Familia, Justin Goldbot, Christian Martinez, and Christian Rolon, they are regarded as the most exciting band in Miami. Led by frontman Davis the compelling five-piece has built a formidable reputation playing at shows, concerts, festivals, house parties, malls, and bars all over the city. The bandmates have known each other since middle school but never became close until junior and senior years of high school when they started skipping jazz class together. Leaving during class the friends would go off to the auditorium where they would play on their own. Davis, a keyboardist, and singer, Martinez, a bassist, Goldbot a drummer, Rolon a guitarist, and Familia guitarist and backup singer. All members started out playing different instruments than the ones they currently play when they first started learning.

What the REMYZ have done is take the best elements of funk, RnB, and rock and make it their own creating a unique sound that fits their mold. After releasing 2 EPs, the REMYZ has gained a strong following in Miami. With building momentum, the REMYZ have brought their dynamic presence on tour from Florida to New York performing at multiple venues. Their most prominent performance was at the Miami Heat’s halftime show. The band has achieved other accolades during their stint as a musical group together. The band was awarded “2017 Band Of The Year” by the SSA Songwriters Showcase Association. Declared winners of the Hard Rock Rising Stars “2017 Battle Of The Bands” Miami. And champions of the Miami Heat & JBL Battle Of The Bands in 2019.

The disparate qualities of each musician’s styles are all what makes them great but where they shine as an act is onstage. The members’ talents individually and collectively come together when they perform live. Success for the band is very much a case of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts. Seeing the REMYZ live and witnessing their chemistry is truly a spectacle. Their phenomenal cohesion is due to a large degree to the group having known each other and playing together for years since they were in high school. ULTRA SUNN is a contemporary EBM/Coldwave/New Beat band from Brussels, Belgium, formed in late 2019 by frontman and multi-instrumentalist Sam Huge and keyboardist/producer Gaelle Souflet. In 2023, they were joined on stage by keyboardist and percussionist Alexis Andrigo.

ULTRA SUNN expresses a desire for modernity through its themes, fresh approach to sounds and collaborations (Kontravoid, Kris Baha, Curses, Sarin) while being the heirs of the famous Sound Of Belgium and classical EBM. ULTRA SUNN regularly played alongside Front 242, Nitzer Ebb, DAF or A Split Second.

In 2020 with the release of their hit “Keep Your Eyes Peeled,” the duo gained widespread recognition, performing concerts all around the world, from Brussels to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Calgary, Sao Paulo, Mexico, Bogota, Berlin, London, and many more.

The band already released 3 EPs called ‘Night is Mine’, ‘Body Electric’ and ‘Kill Your Idols’, all borrowing from their activities in classical arts and fashion shows, their New Beat and EBM inspirations and their desire to create dancing and luminous hymns about self improvement, gender equality, fight against anxiety. In 2023, ULTRA SUNN signed a worldwide, multi-album deal with Canadian-based label Artoffact Records then embarked on a tour in Latin America, (Mexico, Medellin, Bogota, Lima, Santiago, and Sao Paulo).

The duo annonces their first full LP for April 2024 as well as two USA tours for Spring and Fall 2024. The first tour will include the Sick New World Festival in Las Vegas then Los Angeles, the band will also play up the west coast to end in Vancouver, Canada. The second tour will start from New York, go down the east coast to Florida then pass through Louisiana, Texas, Tennessee among other places, and end in Chicago.

ULTRA SUNN is already rescheduled across Europe, and will stop at the Orangerie, Botanique in Brussels, in their home town to celebrate the release of ‘US’, their long-awaited first full album.

Miss FD is an underground dark electronic music artist, singer, songwriter, producer, and performer.

Her distinctive musical style blends darkwave, cyberpunk, industrial, and dark synthpop influences, complemented by her signature dynamic vocals which range from ethereal to empowering and edgy.

With a discography spanning multiple albums and collaborations, Miss FD’s most recent releases underscore her commitment to the dark electronic music scene. Her 2021 three-song EP “Adore”, followed by her single “Your Core”, showcase futuristic and cyberpunk elements. 2022 witnessed the release of her exploration of Gobekli Tepe in her three-song dark pop EP, “As Above, So Below”, followed by her cyberpunk single “Menticide” released the same year. Miss FD released her cyber-industrial single and cinematic music video for “Distractions” in 2023, followed by her most recent 2024 single release “Syndicated”.

DJ / Drummer from Miami Florida, DJ Dino has been a staple in the South Florida music scene, and a proponent of all wave and dark electronic music since the mid 80s and into the more recent revival scene. Dino is behind the long-time running show SYNTHOLOGY 101 Radio, and has taken up residency at Miami’s dark underground party “Malicia Goth Nights”, making it one of the hottest monthly events in the South Florida Goth Scene. Here is where he serves his latest discoveries and the most cutting edge in goth, minimal synth, upperwave, post punk revival, darkwave, EBM, italo, and resurrected obscure coffin classics for the baby bats and darks alike. As a side note, Dino (formerly of Formula Redux) is the current drummer for Nutrix Recordings and Mannequin Records recording artist “Life In Sodom”, who were a big part of the golden age of Goth music in the 1990s, and have been actively releasing music since 1991.
